4 3 / 7 APERTURA DE DOSSIER PARA EXPOSITOR DIRECTO / MAIN EXHIBITOR DOSSIER OPENING DERECHOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN: % IVA, TOTAL 550 / REGISTRATION FEE: % VAT, TOTAL 550 Una vez recibida la solicitud de participación la Organización le remitirá una primera factura correspondiente a los derechos de inscripción en concepto de apertura de dossier. La apertura de dossier incluye los siguientes conceptos y servicios mínimos: Apertura de dossier, tramitación administrativa, inserción en el Catálogo Oficial, acceso a datos del Catálogo, acceso Wi-Fi, pases expositor e invitaciones electrónicas en función de los m2 contratados y la limpieza básica del stand (suelo y vaciado de papeleras). La empresa únicamente adquirirá la posibilidad de que le sea adjudicado un espacio en el salón, una vez cumplimentada esta solicitud y satisfecho el importe correspondiente a la factura de los derechos de inscripción. Posteriormente a que a la empresa le haya sido adjudicado su espacio, la Organización le emitirá el correspondiente contrato electrónico para su firma y seguidamente la factura correspondiente al espacio o pack según sea la modalidad contratada, momento en el cual adquirirá la condición de expositora del Salón. EMPRESAS REPRESENTADAS: En caso de tener empresas representadas a su cargo, será necesario que nos indique sus datos a través de la aplicación que posteriormente pondremos a su disposición. Ello permitirá gestionar adecuadamente su participación y publicación en el Catálogo Oficial del Salón. Once the request for participation has been received, the Organization will send you a first invoice corresponding to the opening of the dossier.
