Una aeronave no abandonará el puesto de estacionamiento sin el permiso de torre para ocupar pista, debido a que en la maniobra de salida invade la franja nivelada de la pista (75 m desde el eje de pista). Una aeronave de aviación general antes de entrar en la Zona de Aviación General, debe parar los motores en el punto indicado y estacionarla mediante remolcado. La salida se hará remolcando la aeronave hasta el inicio de señal de eje de calle de rodaje y en ese punto se procederá al arranque de motores. Antes de que una aeronave ponga en marcha los motores, se debe comprobar que tanto peatones como vehículos cumplan las distancias a los motores especificadas en la normativa de seguridad en plataforma. La aeronave estacionada en el puesto de estacionamiento 15 de la Zona de Aviación General deberá permanecer anclada. Cualquier aeronave que utilice la calle de rodaje de acceso a la Zona de Aviación General frente al SEI en franja nivelada tanto de salida como de entrada, está ocupando pista. Para acceder al puesto 1B, será necesario que los puestos 3, 3B y 4 estén vacíos. Para la salida no existe ningún tipo de limitación. Para salidas del CRJ 900 desde el puesto 7, la zona de parada de motores debe de estar libre. STANDARD TAXIING PROCEDURES Guiadance service only available under request. An aircraft shall not leave the stand without the TWR clearance to occupy the runway, due to the exit manoeuvring will invade the runway leveled strip (75 m from runway centre line). Las aeronaves que estén obligadas a sobrevolar la playa de Hendaya durante los despegues o aterrizajes lo harán tan al oeste y tan alto como sea posible y nunca a una altitud inferior a 100 m. 3.- Prohibidos los vuelos acrobáticos, de publicidad y bautismos del aire sobre territorio francés a una altitud inferior a 500 m. Aircraft having to overfly the Hendaya beach when takingoff or landing shall do it as westards and higher as possible and never below 100 m altitude. 3.- Acrobatic and publicity flights and baptism of air over the French territory are forbidden below 500 m altitude. 21. PROCEDIMIENTOS DE VUELO FLIGHT PROCEDURES PROCEDIMIENTOS DE VISIBILIDAD REDUCIDA (LVP) GENERALIDADES El aeropuerto de San Sebastián, no dispone de Procedimientos de Visibilidad Reducida (LVP). LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES (LVP) GENERAL Low Visibility Procedures (LVP) are not available at San Sebastian airport. PROCEDIMIENTO DE SALIDA DE ESTACIONAMIENTO PARA AERONAVES Con el fin de evitar el efecto del chorro de las aeronaves detenidas en los puntos de espera de la pista (A, B y C), normalmente, la Torre de Control no expedirá el permiso de rodaje hasta que no tenga la seguridad de que estos no tendrán que pararse en dichos puntos, sino que podrán acceder a la pista en uso sin detenerse. AIRCRAFT STAND DEPARTURE PROCEDURE FOR AIRCRAFT In order to avoid the effects of the aircraft stopped in runway-holding positions (A, B and C) the Control tower will not usually issue taxi clearance until it is certain that they will not have to stop at those positions, but rather may grant access to runway in use without stopping. SISTEMA DE PRESENTACIÓN RADAR Se autoriza la utilización del sistema de presentación radar de vigilancia instalado en la Torre de Control del Aeropuerto de San Sebastián para ejecutar las siguientes funciones, tal como se establece en el vigente Reglamento de Circulación Aérea: a) Asistencia radar a aeronaves en aproximación final; b) Asistencia radar a otras aeronaves en las cercanías del aeródromo; c) Establecimiento de separación radar aeronaves sucesivas a la salida; y d) Suministro de asistencia para la navegación a vuelos VFR. RADAR DISPLAY SYSTEM The use of surveillance radar display system installed at San Sebastián Airport Control Tower, is authorized to perform the following functions, as is established in the Reglamento de Circulación Aérea in force: a) Radar assistance to aircraft on final approach; b) Radar assistance to other aircraft in the vicinity of the aerodrome; c) Establishing radar separation between succeeding departing aircraft; and d) Provide navigation assistance to VFR flights. El circuito sobre Hendaya (Francia) está restringido para situaciones especiales y sólo se puede sobrevolar a una altitud de 300 m o superior. When there is no fauna control service, the following devices are available to be used by the airport staff: Digital sound repeller Birds frighten away gun Laser device Vehicle sirens ZONAS DE CONCENTRACIÓN DE AVES Se localizan las siguientes zonas de concentración y pasos naturales de aves próximas al recinto aeroportuario: - Zona 1 - Laguna de San Rafael (interior del aeropuerto): población intermitente de gaviota, ánade azulón, garza real, garceta y cormorán grande. - Zona 2 - Parque Ecológico Plaiaundi: población permanente de gaviota, ánade azulón, garza real, garceta y cormorán grande. - Zona 3 - Marisma de Jaizubia: población permanente de gaviota, ánade azulón, garza real, garceta y cormorán grande. - Zona 4 - Ría del Bidasoa: alta concentración de gaviotas. - Zona 5 - Isla de los pájaros: alta concentración de gaviotas. - Pasos 1, 2, 3 y 5: pasos naturales de aves. - Paso 4: paso natural diario de aves en orto y ocaso. BIRD CONCENTRATION AREAS The following bird concentration and crossings can be identified near the airport area: - Area 1 - San Rafael pool (inside of the airport): intermittent population of seagull, mallard, heron, egret and cormorant. - Area 2 - Ecologial park Plaiaundi: permanent population of seagull, mallard, heron, egret and cormorant. - Area 3 - Jaizubia marsh: permanent population of seagull, mallard, heron, egret and cormorant. - Area 4 - Estuary of Bidasoa: high concentration of seagulls. - Area 5 - Birds island: high concentration of seagulls. - Passages 1, 2, 3 and 5: natural passages of birds. - Passage 4: daily natural passages of birds in sunrise and sunset.
