productos ISO 9001:2000 SISTEMA DE RETENCION PARA MANGUERAS A PRESION SEGURIDAD GARANTIZADA RETAINING SYSTEM FOR PRESSURE HOSES SAFETY GUARANTEE El sistema de P15 STOPflex garantiza instalaciones más seguras, protegiendo a los operarios y al producto. Es una realidad que los sistemas que trabajan a presión pueden ser muy peligrosos, produciendo la desconexión del terminal que prensa la manguera por distintos motivos. En este caso el sistema P15 STOPflex actúa reteniendo la manguera al producirse la desconexión por medio de un cable o cadena para la seguridad de instalación. Sin este sistema de retención, la fuerza de una manguera desconectada, puede afectar la instalación o dañar a las personas cercanas seriamente PROTECCIÓN PROBADA En caso de la desconexión de los terminales, el uso del sistema P15 STOPflex en mangueras flexibles asegura la retención de esta, evitando así el efecto peligroso del latigazo. Bajo una correcta instalación, este sistema es manufacturado y probado para asegurar la retención de las mangueras hasta las presiones máximas proporcionadas por los fabricantes de mangueras y bajo la clasificación SAE J517, DIN EN853, DIN EN854, DIN EN855 y DIN EN856. Por lo tanto, el uso apropiado del sistema P15 STOPflex no se puede garantizar, en caso de presiones que exceden los límites por las normas mencionados arriba. UTILICE FLEXIBILIDAD El sistema P15 STOPflex puede ser usado para todas las clases de mangueras flexibles. Los componentes de retención se pueden asegurar a los terminales o adaptadores, según los estándares de DIN2353 y del SAE J518, o a otros componentes del sistema.
