gustoko@bec.eu 1. ORGANIZACIÓN La Organización y dirección del Certamen GUSTOKO 2016 corresponde a Bilbao Exhibition Centre, S.A. (BEC) Todas las comunicaciones se dirigirán a: Bilbao Exhibition Centre, S.A. (BEC) GUSTOKO, Calidad y Origen E 48902 Ansio - Barakaldo (Bizkaia) gustoko@bec.eu 2. FECHA Y HORARIO DE CELEBRACIÓN GUSTOKO se celebrará en el Recinto Ferial de BEC, sito en Barakaldo (Bizkaia), desde el 12 al 14 de febrero de 2016, permaneciendo abierto de 11,00 a 21,00 horas en horario continuado para visitantes, el viernes y sábado y, de 11,00 a 19,00 horas el domingo. El horario para expositores será de 10,00 a 22,00 horas y de 10,00 a 20,00 h el domingo 14. 2.1 ENTRADA DE VISITANTES Se accederá al recinto a través de una entrada con el siguiente precio, según el caso: Hasta 13 años incluídos: Gratis Mayores de 13 años: 3 Ikea Family, Gazte Txartela, Socios Slow Food, Eroski Club, Familia numerosa y jubilados: 2 Profesionales acreditados: Gratis Descuento de 1 (no acumulable) con flyer o recorte prensa 3. ADMISIÓN Podrán solicitar su participación en el certamen todas aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas, públicas o privadas, cuyas actividades se consideren incluidas en los sectores objeto del mismo. Podrán exponer los fabricantes de los productos y servicios admitidos a la exposición y los agentes y representantes de esos mismos productos. La participación queda sujeta a la aceptación por parte del Comité Organizador de GUSTOKO. Se admitirán todos aquellos productos que encajen con los estándares de calidad y filosofía contemplados en GUSTOKO. La participación de productos no contemplados en el presente reglamento será estudiada por el Comité Organizador. Dichos productos estarán comprendidos en las siguientes categorías de los sectores de alimentación-bebidas y gastronómico: Productores y elaboradores artesanales, denominaciones de origen (D.O.) e I.G.P., productores Slow Food, productos biológicos, organismos colaboradores, productos para el bienestar y una muestra de artesanía y folklore. 4. CONTRATACIÓN 4.1 La contratación se realizará enviando a la Dirección del Certamen la solicitud de admisión debidamente cumplimentada y firmada en todos sus términos, y la cantidad correspondiente a la garantía de participación de acuerdo con la condición 9ª,. 4.2 El espacio mínimo a contratar es de 6 m 2. 4.3 Las fracciones de m 2 serán facturadas como m 2 completo. ALQUILER DE SUPERFICIE: Opción A: ALQUILER DE STAND LLAVE EN MANO El precio base de alquiler de espacio más stand antes de impuestos será de: 110 /m2 (mínimo 6 m2) Este precio incluye: Alquiler de espacio, construcción de stand, rotulación, limpieza diaria, gestión de boletín de enganche, acometida eléctrica, consumo eléctrico, un enchufe, una plaza de parking, inscripción gratuita al catálogo, 30 invitaciones y 3 pases para expositor. Opción B: SÓLO ESPACIO Existe la posibilidad de contratar espacio libre para participaciones agrupadas. (Coste: 110 /m2 Superficie: máximo 100 m2). 5. CONDICIONES ECONÓMICAS Para que la solicitud sea aceptada se deberá adjuntar un pago, en concepto de DEPÓSITO, a favor de BILBAO EXHIBITION CENTRE que ascenderá a 10 /m 2 con un importe mínimo de 200 y un máximo de 1.500. La admisión adquiere, desde este momento, carácter definitivo e irrevocable para el expositor. Esta suma será devuelta si el futuro expositor no recibiera autorización para exponer. Por el contrario, el expositor perderá dicha suma en caso de retirar su participación. BEC se reserva el derecho de aplicar el importe de la garantía de participación a cubrir los desperfectos ocasionados en el recinto ferial así como cualquier otra cantidad debida por el expositor y que hubiera dejado de abonar. En todo caso, el importe de la garantía de participación no limitará la responsabilidad en la que el expositor hubiera incurrido por estos conceptos. El precio de alquiler de espacio y del stand GUSTOKO asciende a 110 /m 2. El pago del espacio y los seguros se realizará mediante recibo domiciliado con vencimiento 31 de diciembre de 2015. Aquellos expositores que presenten su solicitud de admisión después del 10 de enero de 2016 acompañarán a la misma el importe correspondiente al alquiler del espacio solicitado y seguros, mediante transferencia o talón nominativo a favor de BEC. Si el expositor renuncia a su participación, que deberá comunicarse por escrito, perderá todas las cantidades abonadas, salvo fuerza mayor. La adjudicación y modificación de los stands asignados a los expositores queda reservada a la dirección del certamen GUSTOKO sin que exista posibilidad de reclamación. 6. SEGUROS OBLIGATORIOS Los seguros que BEC contratará para este certamen, de conformidad con la Cláusula 22 de las Condiciones Generales de Participación, reunirán las siguientes características básicas: 6.1. Seguro de Daños Cobertura básica: Incendio y robo de los bienes expuestos y stands, incluida su carga y descarga en el recinto ferial. Mercancía asegurada: Mercancías del comercio en general, con las siguientes excepciones: mercancías corrosivas, inflamables, explosivas, venenosas, radioactivas, animales vivos y plantas, dinero en metálico, efectos comerciales o bancarios, títulos y cupones de valores mobiliarios, alhajas y artículos de joyería, objetos de arte y antigüedades, tarjetas de prepago, maquinaria u otros tipos de bienes durante las operaciones de montaje y desmontaje. gustoko@bec.eu Capital asegurado: El capital asegurado será el declarado por el expositor en la propia solicitud de admisión. No obstante existe un capital mínimo obligatorio, que se fija en 12.000,00. Si el expositor no realiza declaración de capital, la organización le contratará el mínimo fijado, exonerando el expositor a BEC de cualquier tipo de responsabilidad por exceso y/o defecto de capital asegurado. Prima: 45 por expositor. Franquicia: Su importe dependerá de las condiciones disponibles en el mercado asegurador en el momento de contratación de la póliza. 6.2. Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil Cobertura básica: Daños materiales y corporales causados a terceros con motivo del Certamen, quedando expresamente excluida la responsabilidad civil derivada de accidentes de trabajo que sufra el personal del expositor con dependencia laboral y/o personal subcontratado por él. Límite de indemnización: 1.200.000 por siniestro y para el conjunto de siniestros ocurridos durante el certamen, con un sublímite de 150.000 por víctima para daños personales. Prima: 50 por expositor. 6.3. El período de cobertura es del 9 al 17 de febrero 2016. 6.4. Con el fin de que puedan comprobar el detalle fijo de las coberturas, limitaciones y exclusiones de las pólizas suscritas, los expositores tendrán a su disposición en las oficinas de la Dirección del Certamen, las pólizas de seguro contratadas. 7. DERECHOS DEL EXPOSITOR El precio del alquiler comprende los suministros y servicios siguientes: Evacuación de desperdicios, virutas y residuos. Inscripción en el Directorio de Expositores. Pases de montador y expositor. Almacenamiento de los embalajes, siendo por cuenta del expositor el coste de manipulación, carga y descarga de los mismos hasta el almacén y viceversa. Una plaza de parking. 30 invitaciones y 3 pases de expositor por stand. Conexión camión frigorífico. Corriente 24h. El expositor podrá reponer diariamente el género. Almacén comunitario de producto (gratuito). 8. DIRECTORIO DE EXPOSITORES 8.1 La inscripción en el Directorio de expositores solamente puede realizarse a través de la Zona Privada de Expositores de la página web del certamen, utilizando la palabra de paso y contraseña que recibirán al ser inscritos. 8.2 La Dirección del Certamen se reserva el derecho a utilizar esta información en cualquier momento con fines promocionales. gustoko@bec.eu 9. ACREDITACIONES DE GUSTOKO Y PASES La Dirección de GUSTOKO entregará gratuitamente a cada expositor: 30 invitaciones. 3 pases de expositor. 10. MONTAJE, ENTRADA DE MERCANCÍAS Y DESMONTAJE El montaje deberá concluir con anterioridad a las 15,00 horas del 11 de febrero de 2016. El expositor está obligado a respetar todas las disposiciones vigentes relacionadas con la prevención de accidentes e incendios. Las máquinas en funcionamiento deberán ajustarse a la normativa vigente en materia de ruido. La Organización podrá prohibir el funcionamiento de las máquinas que no cumplan estas condiciones. El expositor está obligado a respetar las disposiciones vigentes incluidas en el cuadernillo Participación, montaje y desmontaje de la exposición y Reglamento Técnico. Comienzo de montaje y entrada de mercancías: Martes, 9 de febrero de 2016 a las 8,00 h. Final de montaje y entrada de mercancías: Jueves, 11 de febrero de 2016 a las 15,00 h. Comienzo del desmontaje: Lunes, 15 de febrero de 2016, a las 8,00 h. Final del desmontaje: Miércoles, 17 de febrero de 2016, a las 20,00 h. Horario de montaje/desmontaje: de 8,00 h a 20,00 h excepto el día 11 de febrero, hasta las 15,00 h. Normativa de acceso y permanencia de vehículos para periodos de montaje/celebración/desmontaje. La permanencia de vehículos en el interior del recinto de BEC, para operaciones de carga/descarga, está limitada a los siguientes tiempos: Vehículos de carga máxima autorizada superior a 3.500 kg.: 3 horas. Vehículos de carga máxima igual o inferior a 3.500 kg.: 2 horas. Turismos y monovolúmenes: 1 hora. Las estancias que sobrepasen dichos tiempos serán penalizadas con una tarifa disuasoria de: 30,00. 11. DATE AND VENUE OF EVENT GUSTOKO will take place at the BEC exhibition complex in Barakaldo (Bizkaia-Spain) on 12 th - 14 th February 2016. Opening hours will be from 11,00 to 21,00 for visitors, on Friday and Saturday, and from 11,00 to 19,00 on Sunday. From 10,00 to 22,00 for exhibitors, on Friday and Saturday, and from 10,00 to 20,00 on Sunday. 2.1. ENTRY OF VISITORS The following possibilities will be available to enter the venue for this event: Up to 13 years old included: Free Over 13 years old: 3 Ikea Family, Gazte Txartela, Slow Food and Eroski club partners, retired and large family: 2 Trade professional with accreditation: Free 1 discount, not combinable, with flyer or press clipping 3. ADMISSION All publicly or privately owned corporate bodies and physical persons whose activities are considered to fall within the sectors covered may apply to take part in the event. The event is open to manufacturers, agents and representatives of products admitted for display. Participation is subject to acceptance by the GUSTOKO Organizing Committee. Products meeting GUSTOKO quality and philosophy standards will be admitted. The participation of exhibits not covered in these Regulations will be individually considered by the Organizing Committee. Said sectors or articles will be included in any of the following categories: Artisan producers and processors, denominations of origin (D.O.), P.G. I. (Protected Geographical Indication), Slow Food producers, biological products, official organizations, wellness products and a display of crafts and folklore. 4. SPACE RENTAL 4.1 Space must be rented by sending a duly completed application for admission to the event Organisers, along with the catalogue entry form and the deposit as per Condition 9ª. 4.2 The minimum floor space to be rented is 6 m 2. 4.3 Fractions of m 2 will be invoiced as full square metres. SPACE RENTAL OPTIONS: OPTION A: TURNKEY STAND The base price of renting space + stand, before tax is: 110 / m2 (minimum 6 m2) The price includes: Surface + Stand + Services: Rent of the space, stand construction, front header panel, daily cleaning, management of the electrical subscription, electricity consumption, 1 plug, 1 parking space, free inscription to the catalogue, 30 invitations and 3 passes per expositor. INSURANCE COST NOT INCLUDED: CIVIL LIABILITY 50 and PROPERTY INSURANCE: 45. OPTION B: ONLY SPACE Only for group participations ( Cost: 110 / m2 Space maximum 100 m2) INSURANCE COST NOT INCLUDED: CIVIL LIABILITY 50 and PROPERTY INSURANCE: 45 5. FINANCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS The amount of the DEPOSIT, which must be sent together with the application form through a cheque or banker s draft payable to BILBAO EXHIBITION CENTRE, is 10 /m 2, with a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 1,500. Hereinafter, the exhibitor s admission is finally irrevocable. In the event of the prospective exhibitor not receiving authorization to exhibit, the deposit will be reimbursed. Nevertheless, this amount will be forfeited should the exhibitor withdraw his/her participation. BEC reserves the right to use the deposit to cover the cost of any damage caused to the exhibition complex and to make good any debt which the exhibitor may leave unpaid. In any event, the payment of the deposit does not exonerate the exhibitor from any liability incurred as a result of such circumstances. This deposit may be deducted from the payment of the space and the service invoices. The price for the GUSTOKO space and booth equipment is 110 /m 2. Space rental and insurances will be payable via standing order and will fall due on 31 st December, 2016. Exhibitors presenting their application after 10 th January, 2016 shall accompany payment of the amount due for space rental and insurances through bank transfer or cheque issued in favour of BILBAO EXHIBITION CENTRE, S.A. Should the exhibitor withdraw his/her participation by sending a written notice, he/she will lose the amounts paid, except in the event of force majeure. The location and modification of the stands assigned to the exhibitors remains reserved to the Organization of GUSTOKO with no possibility of claim. 6. COMPULSORY INSURANCES In line with Clause 22 of the General Regulations for Participation, BEC will take out insurances for this event as follows: 6.1. Insurance for Damage Basic cover: Fire and theft of goods displayed on stands, including loading and unloading at the exhibition complex. Goods insured: All trade goods in general, with the following exceptions: corrosive, inflammable, explosive, poisonous, radioactive goods, live animals and plants, cash, commercial or bank bills, title deeds and coupons for transferable securities, jewellery, art objects and antiques, prepayment cards, machinery or other kind of goods during the building-up and dismantling operations. www.gustoko.eu GUSTOKO@bec.eu Insured capital: The insured capital will be that declared by the exhibitor in his application for admission. However, there is a minimum compulsory capital that is established at 12.000,00. If the exhibitor fails to make a declaration of capital, the Organisers will contract the minimum established, and will assume no liability for any shortfall or excess in insurance. Premium: 3,75 (per thousand) of the value declared by the exhibitor or on the compulsory minimum capital amount, as the case may be. Deduction clause: Its amount will depend on the insurance market conditions available at the time of contracting the policy. 6.2. Civil Liability Insurance Basic cover: Material damage and bodily harm caused to third parties as a result of the event, expressly excluding civil liability deriving from work-related accidents suffered by the dependent personnel of the exhibitor or by subcontractors of the exhibitor. Limit of compensation: 1.200.000 per claim and for the total claims arising from the event, with a sub-limit of 150.000 per victim in cases of bodily harm. Premium: 50 per exhibitor. 6.3. Coverage runs from 9 th to 17 th February, 2016. 6.4. Exhibitors may examine the insurance policies taken out by the Organisers at the offices of the later to check the details of cover, limitations and exclusions. 7. RIGHTS OF EXHIBITORS Rental includes the following supplies and services: Removal of refuse, chippings, waste and drilling fluids. Inscription in the web directory. One copy of the catalogue. Exhibitor and stand construction passes. Storage of packaging, with the cost of handling, loading and unloading of same from the stand to the depot being for the account of the exhibitor. 1 car park pass. 30 invitation cards and 3 exhibitor cards per stand. Refrigerator truck plugged all day (Free). 24 h. Electricity (apply for it before 11 th January). The exhibitor can replenish godos daily. Free common goods depot. 8. EXHIBITORS DIRECTORY 8.1 The Directory entry shall be filled in by the exhibitor directly at the GUSTOKO website following the instructions given therein. Once the application form has been presented, the Organization will e-mail to the exhibitor the user name and password for direct access to the on-line Directory entry. 8.2 The Organisers reserve the right to use the information thus provided for promotional purposes at any time. 9. TRADE ACCREDITATIONS AND PASSES The GUSTOKO Organizers will provide each exhibitor free of charge with: 30 invitation cards 3 exhibitor s passes The exhibitor Signature 9

www.gustoko.eu GUSTOKO@bec.eu 10. STAND ERECTION, ENTRY OF PRODUCTS AND STAND REMOVAL Building up must be finished before 3,00 p.m. on 11 th February 2016. The exhibitor is obliged to comply with all the guidelines in force concerning the prevention of fires and accidents. The machines in operation are to comply with current regulations regarding noise pollution. The Organisation is empowered to prohibit the operation of any machines which fail to meet these conditions. The exhibitor is obliged to comply with the current guidelines set out in the booklet Exhibition participation, assembly and dismantling, and Technical Regulations. Beginning of stand construction and entry of exhibits: Tuesday 9 th February 2016 (8.00 h.) End of stand construction and entry of exhibits: Thursday, 11 th February 2016 (15.00 h.) Beginning of dismantling: Monday 15 th February 2016 (8.00 h.) End of dismantling and removal of exhibits: Wednesday 17 th February 2016 (20.00 h.). Assembly/disassembly times: from 8.00 to 20.00 h. except on 11 th November until 15.00 h. Vehicle access and permanence regulations for loading/ celebration/ unloading operations. The permanence of vehicles inside the BEC facilities, for loading/unloading operations, is limited to the following terms: Vehicles with a maximum authorised load surpassing 3,500 kg: 3 hours. Vehicles with a maximum authorised load equal to or less than 3,500 kg: 2 hours. Cars and mini vans: 1 hour. Stays surpassing said periods shall be penalised with deterring rates of: 30.00 /hour. 11.
