CLIMATIZACIÓN DE UN AEROPUERTO EN SEVILLA Autor: Arranz Díaz, Susana Director: Hernández Bote, Juan Antonio Entidad Colaboradora: ICAI- Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
AIR CONDITIONING OF AN AIRPORT IN SEVILLE The aim of the present project is the air conditioning of an airport in Seville, having in it counts the lawful and technical conditions to which the facilities of air conditioning must adjust.
The facilities to developing understand the totality of the necessary systems of refrigeration and heating during every day of the year, since we will use the same equipments on the different stations of the year. The project consists of the following phases; 1. Object: Selection of the city Description of the building Information of item exterior conditions and interior Constructive Characteristics (K). 2.Calculations. Calculations of summer losses Calculations of winter losses Calculation of equipments Calculation of air conduits Calculation of water pipelines 3. Definition of the systems Choice and description of the system of air conditioning chosen Tables of characteristics. The city where one installs the airport is Seville with very warm summers temperatures of up to 40 ºC, and cold winters, coming to 1 ºC. The building consists of three floors, each of which is constructed in diverse zones, which go away to air- acondition of similar form using the same equipment(team).en all that to the calculations of the loads(charges), we divide according to the different zones of the most unfavorable situation (month and hour) depending on the orientation of the zone. Some areas do not need to be air-aconditioned with equipments, as bathrooms, corridors, wardrobes. In general, we chase to obtain the conditions of comfort so much in summer (24ºC, 50 % of relative dampness), since in winter (22ºC, 50 % of relative dampness)
For the calculation of the loads, both in summer and in winter, we depart from the most unfavorable conditions, from which we must face to the different factors that unbalance the environment. Summer Hibernate Exterior Temperature Transmission Transmission Infiltration Infiltration Solar Radiation Internal Generation of equipments Occupation Lighting Once determined the dead-weight capacity, both sensitive (variation of the temperature) and latent (variation of the dampness), we are in conditions to calculate the equipments that will stimulate the wealth of necessary air to support the conditions of comfort in the facilities of the airport. At the moment of calculating the conditions of drive, we will bear @ BY-PASS's factor in mind (in our case 0.05), due to the performance of the engines that do that our equipments lose efficiency and it supposes diminishing the temperature of drive. With regard to the theoretical one in summer and to increase it in winter, to offset the above mentioned effect. The wealth of drive will be the same both in summer and in winter, since we have the same equipment. Besides the wealth of drive, we must calculate the wealth of return that will be circulating constant, depending on the wealth of drive and of the wealth of ventilation (that is calculated according to the number of occupants; 35m^3/h*persona). Later, with the previous conditions we can measure the conduits of drive and of air return, as well as the terminal units of the above mentioned conduits, the diffusers and the grids.with the conditions of drive and the calculated loads(charges), we know the refrigerating power (Kcal/h), which we need to conquer the above mentioned loads(charges), which will allow us to measure the system of pipelines, for which it circulates the water that exchanges heat in the batteries of heat and cold of the airacondition system.
The system of pipelines arranges entirely in the roof, as the air-acondition system, cool systems and the boilers, which cool and warm the water respectively. In winter, in addition in the air-acondition system we must add a system of humectación, since on having warmed. Our system of air conditioning is based on a system of all air of wealth of constant drive and temperature of changeable drive. The power of the air-acondition system, it is chosen depending on the wealths to stimulating, of the power and of the loss to winning. The air conduits will go from the false roof of each one of the zones, rising for patinillos, arranged for such a purpose, up to the roof where the air-acondition system are placed; a sinuous tour of the conduits will be avoided at all time to avoid in possible a major rubbing. The system of air conditioning, it will consist of the hydraulic suitable system, consisting this one of a system of pipelines so much of drive, with the corresponding bombs, since of return, as well as all the auxiliary elements like valves, isolations, gauges, thermometers etc. That allow a correct functioning. Finally, the equipments(teams) of refrigeration and boilers that provide the wealth of warm and cold water to warm and to cool the air in the air-acondition system, and to provide the conditions of comfort so much in winter, since in summer
