YEAR WARRANTY This Fireplace Furniture Mantel is warrantied by the manufacturer to be free of material and manufacturing defects for the time period of one year from the purchase date. This is subject to the following limitations and conditions. This mantel must be installed and operated in accordance with the installation instructions that were provided with the product. Unauthorized repairs or alterations, accidents, willful abuse and misuse of the product will nullify this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and is offered to the original owner in so long as the product was purchased from a licensed and authorized supplier and reseller of the product. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) that have been determined to be defective in material or workmanship.
