Se constituye DESPIECES CÁRNICOS OLOT, S.L.U., especializada en carne de oveja. Creation of DESPIECES CÁRNICOS OLOT, S.L.U., specialized in mutton. EXPERIENCIA / EXPERIENCE Desde los años ochenta trabajamos en el despiece y la comercialización de canales de vacuno; posteriormente incorporamos a nuestra línea de negocio el despiece de ovino y caprino. Cabe explicar que las tres líneas de despiece están delimitadas y separadas para evitar cruce de especies. Más adelante, a través de FRIGORÍFICS LES PRESES, inauguramos unas modernas y eficientes instalaciones dedicadas al almacenamiento y la congelación de productos cárnicos. We have been deboning and selling beef carcasses since the 1980s, later incorporating mutton and goat deboning into our line of business. It is important to mention that the three deboning lines are clearly delimited and separated to avoid species cross-contamination. Later, we opened FRIGORÍFICS LES PRESES a modern and efficient facilities for storing and freezing our meat products.

Así, podemos servir con las mismas garantías tanto a países de la Unión Europea como a terceros países*. *Para cumplir con las exigencias veterinarias para la exportación a países terceros se dispone del certificado del Sistema de Autocontrol Específico (SAE) nivel 3. CALIDAD / QUALITY La selección de las carnes nos permite controlar el porcentaje de grasa visual. Una vez manipulada, nuestra carne se congela como mínimo durante 36 horas a -40 C. Este proceso nos permite comercializar unas carnes que conservan toda la calidad y sus propiedades originales. The careful selection of meats allows us to control the percentage of visual fat. Once our meat has been processed, it is frozen for a minimum of 36 hours at -40 ºC. This process means that we can sell meat that still boast all of their original quality and properties. Certificaciones Para garantizar la calidad y la seguridad alimentaria, hemos implantado las normas BRC Food e IFS Food. También nos ajustamos estrictamente a las condiciones que marca la normativa alimentaria islámica, lo cual garantizamos a través de las certificaciones Halal obtenidas para cada una de las plantas de despiece. Certifications To guarantee quality and food safety, we have implemented the BRC Food and IFS Food global standards. We also strictly adhere to the conditions specified by Islamic food regulations and we guarantee this through the Halal certifications we have been awarded for each of our deboning plants.
