GU-242AM Página 1 / 4 Este informe no da fe, más que de la/s muestra/s presentadas para su ensayo o análisis que queden en poder del Laboratorio, según los métodos y condiciones expresadas en el informe, limitando a estos hechos la responsabilidad profesional y jurídica del Laboratorio. Salvo indicación expresa, la/s muestra/s ha/n sido elegida/s por el solicitante. La/s muestra/s de ensayo se almacenarán en LEITAT durante seis meses contabilizados a partir de la fecha de emisión del informe a menos que especificaciones legales, de normativa o expresadas en el informe indiquen un período más largo. Toda reclamación sobre un informe debe realizarse en el plazo de almacenamiento de la/s muestra/s presentada/s, eximiendo al Laboratorio de toda responsabilidad en caso de no proceder de este modo. Las hojas de ensayos que no llevan marca ENAC no están incluidos en el alcance de la acreditación.
Siendo dicha ampliación de certificado válida para el artículo referenciado anteriormente. La presente ampliación de certificado, no cuestiona el cumplimiento de los requisitos esenciales que fue verificado al llevar a cabo la emisión del CERTIFICADO CE DE TIPO correspondiente. Cualquier modificación que sea efectuada sobre el EPI objeto de esta ampliación de certificación deberá ser comunicada a este Organismo Notificado.
