GL 1.1. La regata se regirá por: a)las reglas tal como se definen en el eglamento de egatas a Vela (V ). b)las prescripciones de la eal Federación spañola de Vela. c)las reglas de la clase de la cira. 2. PUBLIIDD 2.1Los participantes en la regata podrán exhibir publicidad de acuerdo con lo establecido en la eglamentación 20 de la IF y las reglas de clase. 3. LGIBILIDD 3.1.Los participantes deben cumplir los requisitos de elegibilidad de la IF (péndice 2, reglamentación 21 del V y prescripciones de la FV a este péndice). 3.2.Los participantes deben ser miembros de la cira y estar al corriente de sus obligaciones para el IIPIO 4.1.Las inscripciones se enviarán por a vela@rcar.es antes de las 14 horas del 15 de agosto de l omité Organizador se reserva el derecho de admitir las inscripciones que se reciban después de la fecha límite indicada. 5. 4 I TTIOL ergio Michel TOFO GIO MIHL Desde el año 2009, se entrega a la tripulación vencedora del ampeonato ur de uropa, el Trofeo ergio Michel, propiedad de la cira y donado por la familia de ergio Michel después de su fallecimiento en ergio Michel ganó el ampeonato de Italia de nipe seis veces con ergio Morin y el trofeo representa a su primer barco, Hazel 1 (I-11332). La tripulación vencedora es la responsable de grabar la placa, custodiar el trofeo y llevarlo a la siguiente edición de la regata.
