El Salvador and the Salvadorean Fencing Federation we are honored to organize and develop the JUNIOR WORLD CUP JUNIOR - MEN S INDIVIDUAL EPÉE, which will take place on November 7th, 2015, in the Palace of Sports, Government Center, San Salvador. El Salvador is a beautiful country, with a strategic geographic presence in the Americas. Our government is interested in supporting all sports concerns, giving them special importance as part of the overall development of youth. Based on the above, I invite you to participate in this great event, hoping to serve you in the best way and with special warmth that characterizes the Salvadorans. 3 To all Fencing Federations affiliated to the FIE: Invitation to Junior World Cup Men s Epée San Salvador 1- Category: A Junior World Cup 2- Date: November 7th, Venue: Palacio de los Deportes, Centro de Gobierno, San Salvador, El Salvador. The Place of competition is about 39 kilometers from the El Salvador International Airport. 4- Formula: According to FIE Rules. 5- Participants: All Fencers in FIE license possession, born in 1995 or later. 6- Schedule: November 6th, h h Equipment control at the venue November 7th, h Venue Opens, equipment control stars November 7th, h Closing of registration November 7th, h Star of the competition 7- Entries: The entries are to be made by the National Federation in FIE website. Last day of entries is 7 days before the day of the competition. 8- Entry fees: 25 Euros (35.00USD) for each fencer. 9- Referees: 1-4 fencers = 0 referee, 5-9 fencers = 1 referee, etc. According to the FIE Rules. 10- Visa: If you need a Visa to enter El Salvador, send us copy of your passport before October 1st, 2015, to elsalvadoresgrima@gmail.com. 11- Transport: The Salvadoran Fencing Federation will provide transportation airport hotel airport for a cost of USD (round trip), please confirm this service and send us the flight itineraries before October 15 th 2015.
