Puerto Rico tiene el honor de acoger los Juegos Mundiales IWAS Juveniles Mayagüez El Comité Organizador Local (COL) desea invitar a cada miembro afiliado a participar de este prestigioso evento. El mismo se celebrará en la ciudad de Mayagüez, Puerto Rico del 6 al 14 Agosto de Las siguientes disciplinas deportivas han sido confirmadas: Atletismo, Tiro con Arco, Natación, y Paratriatlón. Tenemos el placer de enviarle el primer paquete de registro que contiene el Formulario de Reconocimiento (Acknowledgement Form), Formulario de Inscripción (First Entry Form) y Formulario IWAS de Capitación (IWAS Capitation Fees Form) estableciendo los costos de entrada. Este paquete inicial nos permitirá evaluar la respuesta de los países miembros para los juegos. Agradecemos que los mismos sean complementados a la mayor brevedad. Formulario de Reconocimiento (Acknowledgement Form): Indica su voluntad de participar en los juegos. Este formulario debe ser devuelto a el Comité Organizador Local (COL) de los Juegos Mundiales IWAS Juveniles Mayagüez 2013 inmediatamente. Formulario de Inscripción (First Entry Form): Confirma su intención de participar en los juegos. Especifique disciplinas deportivas, el número de atletas, personal, oficiales y acompañantes que participarán en los Juegos Mundiales IWAS Juveniles Mayagüez Este formulario debe ser devuelto al Comité Organizador Local (COL) de los Juegos Mundiales IWAS Juveniles Mayagüez 2013 antes de 15 de marzo Formulario de Capitación (IWAS Capitation Fees Form): Estos cargos deben ser pagados por separado.
