The 7 th PARS Reception Committee shall not be liable, whether it is negligent or otherwise, for any costs, expense or damages resulted from: a. Loss of life, personal injury, or damage to property arising from any occurrence on any premises, or the conduct of any person attending the Symposium b. Loss of, or damage to, any personal property brought into any premises by any persons attending the symposium. 2. Participants shall be responsible for contacting the nearest México Consulate to see requirements for traveling to México. 3. Participants shall be responsible for all claims, liability, expenses and damages to the personal property of the 7 th PARS Reception Committee and to any premises used by the participants, that occurred due to or arising from their actions. 4. Participants shall be subject to and strictly comply with all orders, rules and regulations of the 7 th PARS Reception Committee, with respect to the use of any premises and with the laws, ordinances, regulations, by-laws and other requirements of all governmental and other authorities affecting any remises or the use thereof. 5. Any decision of the 7 th PARS Reception Committee is final.

Pérdida de, o daño a, cualquier propiedad personal llevada a cualquier recinto por parte de cualquier participante en el Simposio. 2. Los participantes deberán encargarse de contactar con el Consulado Mexicano que les sea más cercano para informarse acerca de los requisitos exigidos para viajar a México. 3. Los participantes deberán hacerse cargo de cualquier responsabilidad, gasto o daño infligido a la propiedad personal del Comité de Recepción del 7º PARS o a cualquier recinto utilizado por los mismos, que acontezca como consecuencia de sus actos. 4. Los participantes estarán sujetos a las órdenes, normas y reglamentos del Comité de Recepción del 7º PARS en lo que se refiere a la utilización de cualquier recinto y deberán cumplir estrictamente las leyes, ordenanzas, reglamentos, estatutos y otros requerimientos de cualquier autoridad, gubernamental o no, que hagan referencia a cualquier recinto o a la utilización de los mismos. 5.
