THE CLOSING EXHIBITION WILL BE November 25 th at 4.30 pm. TOTAL STANDS: 27 MEASURES: 3 x 2 metres / 8,00-14 metres heigh STAND S CHARACTERISTICS: STANDS FREE DESING: Each company should setup their stand sticking to the measures indicated. The stand includes one plug up to 600 w. Other additional materials could be available upon request. STAND S SETUP: You may setup your stand from 22nd November 2011 at 9 am to 8pm. The stands must been setup before the beginning of the Opening Ceremony of the Congress, on 23rd November at 8.30 am. The stands must been completely breakdown on 25th November at the close of the Congress. The exhibiting company should remember that the storage capacity in the Congress venue for the exhibition material is limited. MANDATORY: Send to Technical Secretariat name, surname, ID or passport number of the persons who will make the setup and registration number of the car that will access to Palacio de Congresos. This information must be sent to Technical Secretariat before 16th November, without the requested information you couldn t access to Venue. 2

3 RESPONSABILITY: The Organizing Committee will no take any responsibility of exposed material; their custody will be responsibility of advertiser or person in charge. However the Congress venue will have a security service that could be strengthened by the exhibiting company upon request. REQUIREMENTS: It is forbidden damage the building, not allowed to paint, drill, screw, nail, drill into the floor, or stick with glue or similar. During the setup and breakdown of the stands is required to remove excess material. Loading and unloading of the material of the Congress will be on behalf of the exhibiting company. In any case you could not put materials or objects that block the exits of the rooms. RECEPTION AND PICK UP OF GOODS: The goods to be sent to Palacio de Congresos of Valencia for its use in the Congress, must be properly identified to the SECAL Congress 2011 and the name of the company that reserved the stand and the stand number. Delivery schedule: Tuesday, 22 nd NOVEMBER 2011 From 9 am to 8 pm NOT be accepted consignment of goods before 20 th NOVEMBER The stand must be completely breakdown on 25 th of November after 4.30 pm, they will have a specific place to store all package for their pick up, this material must be properly labeled and clearly identify, otherwise, Palacio de Congresos unless responsible for loss and deterioration of material.
