2 De acuerdo con los Estatutos FIRS, Art. 4 del los Regalementos para los Campeonatos del Mundo, tenemos el grado de comunicar que los Campeonatos del Mundo de Patinaje Velocidad 2015 sobre pista y ruta se celebrarán como mencionado anteriormente. Se requeire a todos los paises partcipantes de enviar las inscrpciones a más tardar el 15 de Septiembre de 2015 a : COMITÉ INTERNATIONAL DE COURSE firscic@rollersports.org Y Chinese Taipei Roller Sports Association Huchichun0306@gmail.com Los gastos de viaje, alojamiento y alimentación serán asumidos por los equipos participantes. CUOTAS DE INCRIPCIÓN Cada país participante pagará las sigiuentes cuotas de inscripción 400 USD para cada país inscrito en los Campeonatos Sénior 100 USD para cada atleta Sénior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Pista 100 USD para cada atleta Sénior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Ruta 50 USD para cada atleta Junior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Ruta 50 USD para cada atleta Junior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Pista Las cuotas de inscripción deben ser pagadas, sin gastos bancarios adicionales, a la FIRS: FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE DE ROLLER SPORTS C/C 9377 BANCA NAZIONALE DEL LAVORO c/o CONI FORO ITALICO ROMA /ITALIA IBAN IT85 K SWIFT BIC BNLIITRR O al Secretario General FIRS el 11 de Noviembre de 2015 en ocasión del control de pasaportes y pago de las tasas. 3 PARTICIPACIÓN EN LOS CAMPEONATOS DEL MUNDO SÉNIOR En los Campeonatos pueden ser registrados un total de ocho patinadores y ocho patinadoras para cada país asistente, No más de dos varones y dos damas pueden participar en cada evento en el calendario. PISTA 300 m Carrera contrarreloj 500 m Torneo sprint m Torneo sprint m Puntos + Eliminación m Eliminación m Relevos (3 patinadores solamente) RUTA 100 m torneo sprint Vuelta al circuito m Carrera por puntos m Eliminación m Relevos (3 patinadores solamente) Maratón Les recordamos que para asistir el Campeonato Mundial Junior, un patinador deberá tener 15,16,17,18,19 al 31 de Diciembre de Los patinadores serán admitidos a participar en relación su edad y podrán tomar parte solamente en uno de los Campeonatos Sénior o Junior. Un patinador, de haber participado en uno Campeonato del Mundo Sénior, no podrá participar en cualquier otro Campeonato del Mundo Junior. CONTROL ANTI DOPAJE El control anti- dopaje se realizará de acuerdo a las reglamentos médicos FIRS y a las reglas WADA CONTROL DEL SEXO FEMENINO No se requiere certificación del sexo femenino. No obstante, de acuerdo con las directrices COI, FIRS está facultado para llevar a cabo algunas pruebas en determinadas ocasiones. Esto significaría que pueden realizarse pruebas de laboratorio si existe una sospecha.

4 REGLAMENTOS Para estos Campeonatos serán válidos los Reglamentos CIC edición 2014 y los Reglamentos FIRS. CONTROL DE PASAPORTES Y PAGO DE LAS TASAS DE INSCRIPCIÓN Está programado para el día 12 de Noviembre de 2015 a las 15h00 en lugar a confirmar. Los delegados de todos los países que asisten, deberá estar presente con el fin de confirmar su inscripción y nacionalidad mostrando sus pasaportes, y para el pago de las tasas de inscripción, si aún no se ha hecho, En caso de pago hecho por adelantado, los delegados deberán presentar la fotocopia correspondiente. REUNIÓN CIC Y REUNIÓN PREPARATORIA PARA LOS CAMPEONATOS DEL MUNDO Está programada en el día 12 de Noviembre de 2015 a las h en una sede por confirmar. Durante la de reunión preparatoria las Federaciones deberán confirmar los patinadores que participarán en cada carrera. CEREMONIA DE APERTURA La Ceremonia de apertura tendrá lugar el día 12 de Noviembre de 2015 a las 18h00 (TBC) EXAMENES PARA JUECES INTERNACIONALES DE PATINAJE VELOCIDAD Está prevista una sesión de exámenes para Jueces Internacionales de velocidad el 16 de Noviembre a las 10h00 de la mañana. Todas las Federaciones Nacionales interesadas deberán enviar a la Secretaría del CIC la documentación prevista. Posteriormente enviaremos una circular indicando la pagina web del Comité Organizador, la logística y el programa de las competiciones. 7 According to FIRS Statutes, Rules for the World Championships Art. 4, we have pleasure in communicating you that the 2015 World Senior and Youth Roller Speed Skating Championships on track and on road are scheduled as above mentioned. All participating countries are kindly requested to send their final entries within and not later than September 15, 2015 to: COMITE INTERNATIONAL DE COURSE And Chinese Taipei Roller Sports Association The expenses of travel, board and lodging will be up to each attending team. PARTICIPATION AT THE SENIOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS A total of eight male and eight female skaters may be registered in the Championships for each attending country. No more than two male and two female skaters can participate in calendar events. 9 Please, take note that to attend the World Youth Championship a skater shall be aged 15,16,17,18,19 at the December 31, Skaters allowed to participate by their age shall although enter either the Senior or the Youth Championship only. A skater having participated at a World Senior Championship shall not participate to any other World Youth Championship. ANTI DOPING CONTROL The anti doping control will be carried out according to FIRS Medical Regulations and WADA Rules. CONTROL OF FEMALE SEX No female sex certificate is required. Nevertheless, in conformity with IOC guidelines, FIRS is entitled to conduct some tests on specific occasions. This would mean laboratory tests could be done if there is a suspicion. RULES The CIC Official Regulations, 2014 edition and FIRS Rules will be valid for these Championships. PASSPORT CONTROL AND PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEES It is scheduled on November 11, 2015 at 10h00am at venue to be confirmed. Delegates of all attending countries are kindly requested to be present in order to confirm their entry and nationality showing the passports, and for the payment too, if not made, of their entry fees. In case of payment made in advance, delegates must submit corresponding photocopy. CIC MEETING AND PREPARATORY MEETING FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS It is scheduled on November 12, 2015 at 10h00am, venue TBC. During the preparatory meeting Federations must confirm skaters participating at each race. OPENING CEREMONY Opening ceremony on November 12, 2015 at 18h00. (TBC) TEST FOR INTERNATIONAL SPEED JUDGES It is scheduled an examination session for International Speed Judges on November 16 at 10h00 am. All concerned National Federations are kindly requested to send to the CIC Secretariat the foreseen documentation.
