3 GRECO ROMAN, FREE STYLE AND FEMININE 16 TO THE 18 OF OCTOBER OF 2009 SANTIAGO OF VERAGUAS PANAMA 1. General information The Coup Eduardo Campbell, will be realised in the City of Santiago de Veraguas 16, 17, 18 of October of the 2009 in the Gymnasium Normal National. But arrived of delegation in Panama 15 of October. The competitions would be realised in the style Greco - Roman, Free style and Feminine. All the equipment must participate in writing with the endorsement of their corresponding National Federation. Each federation must include the referees stipulated by FILA corresponding to the amount of athletes. The inscriptions would be realised in the forms provided by the FEDELUCHA-PANAMA. The Lodging for all the international delegations will be in the following Hotels: The Hotel Great David. 2. Participation This participation to all our International Bunds of the Countries Affiliates to the FILA. Each Federation the International, will have will be able to participate with 1 athlete by category of weight and style (Greco-Romano, Free and Feminine). 3. Development of the Competition.

4 The competitions will be organized according to the regulation ROW, Two kg would be granted to them, by tolerance, in each category. Styles of Wrestling Free Style and Greco-roman kgs , 60, 66, 74, 84, 96, kg. Female Wrestling kgs , 51, 55, 58, 63, 67, 67 72Kg. Ages For masculine and feminine sera from the 17 years and more. 4. VISA. All country that it requires of Visa to enter our country, must notify it to the organizing committee ahead of time, with the names of the delegation, its numbers of passport and I number telephone and of Fax of the Consulate or Embassy of Panama in its country, with the purpose of to guarantee the direct management of the process. 5. Inscription. The preliminary list of inscription will have to be sent to the Panamanian Federation of Wrestling day 21 of 2008 July. Technical organization.

8 Ciudad de Panamá, 04 de Septiembre de INVITACION La Federación Panameña de Luchas Asociadas y la Liga Provincial de Veraguas, les envía un cordial y deportivo saludo, a nuestros amigos de las Federaciones Internacionales y les invita a la Copa Eduardo Campbell, en los estilos Greco-Romano, Libre y Femenino, a realizarse del 16 al 18 de Octubre de 2009, en la Provincia de Santiago de Veraguas. 9 GRECO ROMANO, LIBRE Y FEMENINO 16 AL 18 DE OCTUBRE DE 2009 SANTIAGO DE VERAGUAS - PANAMA 1. Información General La Copa Eduardo Campbell, se realizará en la Ciudad de Santiago de Veraguas 16, 17, 18 de Octubre de 2009 en el Gimnasio La Normal Nacional. Pero la llegada de los equipos internacionales deberá ser el día 15 de octubre. Las competencias se realizaran en el estilo Greco Romano, Libre y Femenino. Todos los equipos deben participar con el aval por escrito de su Federación Nacional correspondiente. Cada federación debe incluir los árbitros estipulados por FILA correspondiente a la cantidad de atletas. Las inscripciones se realizaran en los formularios proporcionados por la FEDELUCHA-PANAMA. El Alojamiento para todas las delegaciones internacionales será en los en los siguientes Hoteles: El Hotel Gran David. 2. Participación Esta abierta la participación a todas las Federaciones nacionales de los Países Afiliados a la FILA. Cada Federación Internacional, podrá participar con 1 atleta por categoría de peso y estilo (Greco-Romano, Libre y Femenino), Copa Internacional Eduardo Campbell 2009

10 3. Desarrollo de la Competencia. Las competencias serán organizadas según el reglamento FILA, Se les otorgara dos kg., por tolerancia, en cada categoría. Estilos de Lucha Libre y Greco-romano / Free Style and Greco-roman Categorías de peso masculino en kgs , 60, 66, 74, 84, 96, kg. Lucha Femenina / Female Wrestling Categorías de peso Femenino en kgs , 51, 55, 58, 63, 67, 67 72Kg. 4. Edades Todos los participantes masculinos y femeninos desde los 17 años en adelante. 5. VISA. Todo país que requiera de Visa para ingresar a nuestro país, debe notificarlo con anticipación al comité organizador, con los nombres de la delegación, sus números de pasaporte y el numero telefónico y de Fax del Consulado o Embajada de Panamá en su país, con el fin de garantizar la gestión directa del proceso. 11 6. Inscripción. La planilla de inscripción preliminar deberá enviarse a la Federación Panameña de Luchas Asociadas el día 15 de septiembre de La inscripción nominal con nombres y apellidos, deberá enviarse en la fecha del 30 de septiembre de La planilla de inscripción final deben entregarla, de acuerdo con la programación. 7. Organización Técnica. La Copa se realizará de acuerdo con las normas vigentes de la FILA. Se aceptarán la cantidad de árbitros estipulados por la cantidad de atletas que participen por su país. Durante la competencia se utilizarán dos tapiz reglamentados y aprobados por la FILA. Además de que cada colchón tiene su marcador, reloj electrónico y equipos de filmación. 8. Premiación. Premiación individual para los tres primeros puestos en cada categoría de peso y estilo. Oro, Plata y dos Bronces, siempre que haya más de cinco competidores en la categoría de peso. Trofeos para los tres primeros lugares por equipos. Diplomas de participación a todos los participantes 9. Ceremonias Oficiales. Es obligatoria la participación de los equipos en la inauguración. 12 Todas las delegaciones deben traer bandera (100 x 1.50 cm) e himno de su país (de ser posible en CD). 10. Condiciones Financieras. Cada Federación Internacional que participe deberá cancelar la suma de 30 USD (Dólares Americanos) por día y persona, que a la vez incluye: Alojamiento, Alimentación y Transporte Interno. 11. Alojamiento, Alimentación, Transporte. El alojamiento estará previsto dentro de los hoteles anteriormente mencionados, para las Federaciones Internacionales esto incluye: Atletas, Entrenadores, Árbitros, Médicos, Delegados. Los jefes de la delegación se responsabilizaran por todos los daños o causados por los miembros de su delegación. Transporte Interno: Las delegaciones serán trasladas desde el aeropuerto de Panamá hasta la provincia de Veraguas. Es importante confirmar con tiempo su participación, día y hora de llegada, Compañía aérea y número de vuelo. 12. Servicios Médicos. Federación Panameñas de Luchas Asociadas y el Comité Organizador se responsabilizan por el servicio médico en las competencias, cualquier atención médico hospitalaria dada por entrenamientos, competencias u otro lugar deberá ser cubiertas por la delegación participante.
