2 De acuerdo con los Estatutos FIRS, Art. 4 del los Regalementos para los Campeonatos del Mundo, tenemos el grado de comunicar que los Campeonatos del Mundo de Pati naje Velocidad sobre pista y ruta se celebrarán como mencionado anteriormente. Se requeire a todos los paises partcipantes de enviar las inscrpciones a más tardar el 30 de Septi embre de 2014 a : COMITÉ INTERNATIONAL DE COURSE fi rscic@rollersports.org Y Confederación Argenti na de Patí n presidencia@capati n.com Los gastos de viaje, alojamiento y alimentación serán asumidos por los equipos parti cipantes. CUOTAS DE INCRIPCIÓN Cada país parti cipante pagará las sigiuentes cuotas de inscripción 400 USD para cada país inscrito en los Campeonatos Sénior 100 USD para cada atleta Sénior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Pista 100 USD para cada atleta Sénior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Ruta 50 USD para cada atleta junior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Ruta 50 USD para cada atleta junior inscrito en los Campeonatos sobre Pista Las cuotas de inscripción deben ser pagadas, sin gastos bancarios adicionales, al CIC: FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE D ROLLER SPORTS C/C 9377 BANCA NAZIONALE DEL LAVORO c/o CONI FORO ITALICO ROMA /ITALIA IBAN IT85 K SWIFT BIC BNLIITRR O al Secretario General FIRS el 06 de Noviembre de 2014 en ocasión del control de pasaportes y pago de las tasas. Se permite la partcipación sólo a los paises afi liados a FIRS que estén al dia con los pagos de las cuotas FIRS.

3 PARTICIPACIÓN EN LOS CAMPEONATOS DEL MUNDO SÉNIOR En los Campeonatos pueden ser registrados un total de ocho pati nadores y ocho pati nadoras para cada país asistente, No más de dos varones y dos damas pueden parti cipar en cada evento en el calendario. DISTANCIAS El programa de carrera será el mismo para hombres y mujeres, júnior y sénior. PISTA 300 m Carrera contrarreloj 500 m Torneo sprint m Torneo sprint m Puntos + Eliminación m Eliminación m Relevos (3 pati nadores solamente) RUTA 200 m Carrera contrarreloj 500 m sprint m Carrera por puntos m Eliminación m Relevos (3 pati nadores solamente) Maratón Les recordamos que para asisti r el Campeonato Mundial Junior, un pati nador deberá tener 15,16,17,18,19 al 31 de Diciembre de Los pati nadores serán admiti dos a parti cipar en relación su edad y podrán tomar parte solamente en uno de los Campeonatos Sénior o Junior. Un pati nador, de haber parti cipado en uno Campeonato del Mundo Sénior, no podrá parti cipar en cualquier otro Campeonato del Mundo Junior. CONTROL ANTI DOPAJE El control anti-dopaje se realizará de acuerdo a las reglamentos médicos FIRS y a las reglas WADA CONTROL DEL SEXO FEMENINO No se requiere certificación del sexo femenino. No obstante, de acuerdo con las directrices COI, FIRS está facultado para llevar a cabo algunas pruebas en determinadas ocasiones. Esto significaría que pueden realizarse pruebas de laboratorio si existe una sospecha. REGLAMIENTOS

4 Para estos Campeonatos serán válidos los Reglamentos CIC edición 2014 y los Reglamentos FIRS. CONTROL DE PASAPORTES Y PAGO DE LAS TASAS DE INSCRIPCIÓN Está programado para el día 06 Noviembre de 2014 a las 10h00 en lugar a confi rmar. Los delegados de todos los países que asisten, deberá estar presente con el fi n de confi rmar su inscripción y nacionalidad mostrando sus pasaportes, y para el pago de las tasas de inscripción, si aún no se ha hecho, En caso de pago hecho por adelantado, los delegados deberán presentar la fotocopia correspondiente. REUNIÓN CIC Y REUNIÓN PREPARATORIA PARA LOS CAMPEONATOS DEL MUNDO Está programada en el día 07 de Noviembre de 2014 a las h en una sede por confi rmar. Durante la de reunión preparatoria las Federaciones deberán confi rmar los pati nadores que parti ciparán en cada carrera. CEREMONIA DE APERTURA La Ceremonia de apertura tendrá lugar el día 06 de Noviembre de 2014 a las 18h00 (TBC) EXAMENES PARA JUECES INTERNACIONALES DE PATINAJE VELOCIDAD Está prevista una sesión de exámenes para Jueces Internacionales de velocidad el 11 de noviembre a las 10h00 de la mañana. Todas las Federaciones Nacionales interesadas deberán enviar a la Secretaría del CIC la documentación prevista. Posteriormente enviaremos una circular indicando la pagina web del Comité Organizador, la logísti ca y el programa de las competi ciones. 8 PARTICIPATION AT THE SENIOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS A total of eight male and eight female skaters may be registered in the Championships for each att ending country. DISTANCES The race program will be the same for men and women, junior and senior categories TRACK 300 mt ti me-trial race 500 mt sprint tournament mt sprint tournament mt points + eliminati on race mt eliminati on race mt relays (3 skaters only) ROAD 200 mt ti me-trial race 500 mt sprint tournament mt points race mt eliminati on race mt relays (3 skaters only) Marathon Please, take note that to att end the World Junior Championship a skater shall be aged 15,16,17,18,19 at the December 31, Skaters allowed to parti cipate by their age shall although enter either the Senior or the Junior Championship only. A skater having parti cipated at a World Senior Championship shall not parti cipate to any other World Junior Championship. ANTI DOPING CONTROL The anti doping control will be carried out according to FIRS Medical Regulati ons and WADA Rules. CONTROL OF FEMALE SEX No female sex certi fi cate is required. Nevertheless, in conformity with IOC guidelines, FIRS is enti tled to conduct some tests on specifi c occasions. This would mean laboratory tests could be done if there is a suspicion.

9 RULES The CIC Offi cial Regulati ons, 2014 editi on and FIRS Rules will be valid for these Championships. PASSPORT CONTROL AND PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEES It is scheduled on November 06, 2014 at 10h00am at venue to be confi rmed. Delegates of all att ending countries are kindly requested to be present in order to confi rm their entry and nati onality showing the passports, and for the payment too, if not made, of their entry fees. In case of payment made in advance, delegates must submit corresponding photocopy. CIC MEETING AND PREPARATORY MEETING FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS It is scheduled on November 07, 2014 at 10h00am, venue TBC. During the preparatory meeti ng Federati ons must confi rm skaters parti cipati ng at each race. OPENING CEREMONY Opening ceremony on November 06, 2014 at 18h00. (TBC) TEST FOR INTERNATIONAL SPEED JUDGES It is scheduled an examinati on session for Internati onal Speed Judges on November 11 at 10h00 am. All concerned Nati onal Federati ons are kindly requested to send to the CIC Secretariat the foreseen documentati on.
