3 General Safety Instructions General Safety Instructions Shelf Wall Mount Read these instructions carefully before assembling and using the Shelf Wall Mount to ensure your personal and other people s safety and to avoid any property loss. If you do not understand these directions, or have any questions in relation to the safety of the installation, we recommend you contact a qualified professional. For all other general inquiries, please contact our after sales support center using the details at the bottom of the page. This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from young children. Check carefully to ensure that there are no missing or defective parts. Never use defective parts. Do not use this product for any other purpose that is not explicitly specified in this manual. Improper installation may cause damage or serious injury. We assume no liability for any eventual damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, mounting or use, or by noncompliance with these instructions. Choose a solid wall area far away from any water source and direct sunlight. Avoid hollow areas or the mortar joints between bricks. IMPORTANT! This Shelf Wall Mount is intended for mounting to a wall stud. DO NOT attach it to a decorative wall divider. If you have any doubts regarding this installation, consult a professional installer for advice. The wall must be structurally sound and strong enough to hold the weight of the Wall Mount as well as the intended unit. Before installing the wall mount, make sure you have read and understood all instructions. If your builder approves mounting to a wood stud wall, follow the instructions on page 8. IMPORTANT! Clip the Cable Guide [8] to the Shelf Bracket. [3] STEP 2 Attach the Glide Lock [2] to the Wall Plate [1] using the M5 X 10mm Screws [12]. serviceusa@tempo.org 7

Mounting to a wood stud wall CAUTION: Avoid potential injuries and property damage by following the below guidelines when mounting to a wood stud wall: Before you start, use a high quality electronic stud finder (commercially available) to locate your studs. Verify the center of the stud. Drywall covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in. (16 mm) Minimum wood stud size: Common 2 x 4 in. (51 x 102 mm) Nominal 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 in. Verify the center of the stud using an awl, a thin nail, or an edge to edge stud finder. 2. Level the [1] wall plate and outline the location of the two holes on the wall. 3. Pre-drill a 2.36 inch (60mm) deep hole in each marked location, using a Ø3/16 (4.5mm) Wood Drill Bit / 60mm Ø 3/16 (4.5mm) Be sure you mark and drill into the center of the stud. 4. Secure the wall plate to the wall using the socket wrench, the bolts [14] and metal washers [16]. serviceusa@tempo.org 9

Level the wall plate [1] and outline the location of the two holes on the wall. 2. Pre-drill a 2.36 inch (60mm) deep hole in each marked location using a Ø 7/16 (10.5mm) concrete drill bit. Ø 7/16 (10.5mm) Avoid hollow areas or the mortar joints between bricks. 3. Insert the two concrete anchors [15] by using the hammer. 4. Secure the wall plate to the wall using a socket wrench, the bolts [14] and the metal washers [16]. Be sure the bolts are seated flush with the concrete surface. serviceusa@tempo.org 11

Run all required cables neatly through the Cable Guide [8]. STEP 5 1. Attach the Wall Plate Cover [6] over the Wall plate [1] and Shelf Bracket [3] NOTE: Place Fabric Washers underneath the Glass Shelf [10], Before completing step 2. Please refer to the illustration above. 2. Attach the Glass Shelf [10] to the Shelf bracket [3], by fastening the Shelf Lock Screws [11] and a Rubber Washer [5] through the Glass shelf into the Plastic pads [7]. 12 serviceusa@tempo.org

Fije los apoyos de plástico [7] en el soporte del estante [3] con la llave Allen suministrada [17]. 2. Sujete la guía de cables [8] al soporte del estante [3].
