3 1. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS EQUIPOS. DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT. Los kits de portero digitales de Guinaz constan de placa calle, teléfonos, fuente de alimentación y abrepuertas de corriente continua. Existen diferentes referencias de kit de portero digital según varios factores como son el color de placa calle, el número de viviendas, o si incluyen abrepuertas o no. Consulte el catálogo de productos Guinaz para elegir la referencia que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades y preferencias. El frontal de la placa calle es una placa compacta en la que van sujetos el grupo control audio y los módulos pulsadores. Según el modelo de kit, esta placa se sirve en color gris antracita o en color aluminio. La fuente de alimentación posee un rango de tensión de entrada de V, y entrega en su salida 17V de corriente continua con los que se alimenta al resto de equipos de la instalación. El grupo control audio de la placa calle admite la colocación de un pulsador exterior para activar el abrepuertas. En todos los kits audio digitales se puede instalar un abrepuertas de corriente continua (12Vdc 400mA máximo) o un abrepuertas de corriente alterna (12Vac 1A máximo). Más adelante se indica cómo se conectan los dos tipos. En el caso de los kits que incorporan abrepuertas de serie, siempre son abrepuertas de corriente continua. Estos equipos son para uso exclusivo en instalaciones de porteros GUINAZ. Su instalación debe realizarse tal y como se especifica en esta guía y aplicando la reglamentación vigente. The digital entryphone kits by Guinaz are made up of a street panel, telephones, a power supply and a direct current door opener. There are different digital entryphone kit references according to several factors such as the colour of the street panel, the number of dwellings, or whether they include door opener or not. Check the Guinaz product catalogue to choose the reference that best adapts to your needs and preferences. The front of the street panel is a compact panel to which the audio control group and the pushbutton modules are attached. According to the kit model, this panel is provided in anthracite grey or aluminium colours. The power supply has a V input voltage range, delivering at output 17V direct current to supply all the rest of the equipment in the installation. The audio control group of the street panel allows placing an external pushbutton to activate the door opener. A direct current door opener (maximum 12Vdc 400mA) or an alternating current door opener (maximum 12Vac 1A) can be installed in all the digital audio kits. How these two kits are connected is indicated below. In the case of kits including a door opener as standard, these door openers will always use direct current. These sets of equipment are for exclusive use in GUINAZ entryphone installations. They will be installed as specified in this guide while applying the legislation in force. 1.1 DESCRIPCIÓN PLACA CALLE. DESCRIPTION OF THE STREET PANEL. Grupo control audio: gestiona el funcionamiento de todo el sistema. Está conectado a los módulos pulsadores mediante un latiguillo. Con los teléfonos de las viviendas se conecta mediante un bus de tres hilos (1M, 2M, 3M), a través del cual se transmiten los datos, la señal de audio y la alimentación. El grupo control audio también genera la señal para la apertura del abrepuertas. Audio control group: this manages the operating of the entire system. 4 1.3 GENERALIDADES DEL SISTEMA DIGITAL GUINAZ. GENERAL PROPERTIES OF THE DIGITAL SYSTEM BY GUINAZ El cableado del sistema digital de Guinaz consiste en un bus de 3 hilos para las señales de audio, datos y alimentación, con los que se interconectan todos los equipos de la instalación. La sección de los cables debe ser la adecuada para la instalación a realizar. El hilo número 1M es el positivo de alimentación para los equipos. El hilo número 2M es la masa de todo el sistema digital. El hilo número 3M es el encargado de transportar los datos según el protocolo de comunicación digital del sistema, y también la señal de audio cuando se establece comunicación entre dos equipos. Hilo 1M: alimentación +17Vdc Hilo 2M: masa Hilo 3M: comunicación (datos/audio) Entre las prestaciones del sistema digital Guinaz se pueden contar el secreto total de comunicación, la posibilidad de hacer vigilancia desde una vivienda con señal de audio activa, la apertura de la puerta sin llamada previa, etc. Con el sistema digital de Guinaz se pueden realizar instalaciones sencillas con un único acceso e instalaciones más complejas con múltiples accesos secundarios, sin necesidad de incluir módulos adicionales o intercambiadores de señal entre placas calle. El bus de comunicación lo forman los tres cables que parten de las bornas 1M, 2M y 3M del grupo control audio de la placa calle, y que se han de conectar a las bornas 1M, 2M y 3M, respectivamente, de los teléfonos de la viviendas. La conexión entre la placa calle y el abrepuertas se realiza mediante dos cables (bornas NO y del grupo control audio). Las bornas +12 y C deben conectarse entre sí con un cable. Se puede conectar un pulsador auxiliar externo para activar el abrepuertas entre las bornas C y NO. El tiempo de activación del abrepuertas, cuando se acciona el pulsador auxiliar externo, no está temporizado; es decir, el abrepuertas sólo está activo mientras se mantiene pulsado este pulsador externo. La conexión entre la placa calle y el abrepuertas se realiza de forma diferente y es preciso añadir una fuente de alimentación F1318. Con esta configuración se pueden activar abrepuertas de corriente alterna de 12Vac y 1A de corriente máxima. Su instalación debe realizarse tal y como se especifica en esta guía y aplicando la reglamentación vigente. La manipulación interna de estos productos sólo puede realizarse por personal especializado, y siempre con el equipo desconectado de la alimentación. Mantenga siempre despejadas las ranuras de ventilación de los teléfonos; en ningún caso pueden quedar obstruidas o tapadas. Los teléfonos están diseñados para ser instalados en interiores; no se han de exponer a gotas o proyecciones de agua. Se recomienda instalar los teléfonos en lugares desde los cuales se escuche la llamada en toda la vivienda, y que estén alejados de fuentes de calor (radiadores, estufas, etc.) o de ambientes agresivos (cocinas, etc.). Los cuatro microinterruptores van configurados de serie en la posición OFF (número cero placa calle principal). En caso de añadir accesos secundarios a la instalación, las placas calle añadidas deben configurarse de forma correlativa (1, 2, 3,... placas calle secundarias). Sólo un acceso debe estar configurado como principal. El número máximo de accesos secundarios que se pueden añadir es 15. 11 4.2 CONFIGURACIÓN DE MICROINTERRUPTORES EN TELÉFONOS. CONFIGURATION OF MICRO-SWITCHES IN TELEPHONES. Cada teléfono posee un grupo de nueve microinterruptores. Los ocho primeros microinterruptores configuran el número de vivienda asignado al teléfono. El microinterruptor número 9 configura el teléfono como principal o como supletorio. Para establecer contacto auditivo basta con descolgar el auricular. La comunicación finalizará automáticamente una vez transcurridos 60 segundos desde que se inició o colgando el auricular. Una vez finalizada la comunicación, puede retomarla descolgando el auricular. En instalaciones con más de un acceso, cuando se intenta realizar una llamada desde una placa calle y el bus de viviendas está ocupado con una llamada previa, se produce un aviso acústico de línea ocupada en dicha placa calle. En la placa calle se dispone de ajuste de volumen de audio para placa calle y para viviendas (teléfonos) mediante los potenciómetros que incorpora el grupo control audio. No obstante, nuestro Servicio de Asistencia Técnica se encuentra a su disposición para resolver cualquier consulta o problema que le pueda surgir. PUESTA EN MARCHA. Antes de conectar todo el sistema de la instalación, compruebe los siguientes puntos: Cada teléfono deberá tener configurado su número de vivienda mediante sus microinterruptores. La placa calle deberán tener configurado su número, tipo, etc., mediante sus microinterruptores. Revise que las líneas 1M, 2M y 3M no estén cortocircuitadas entre sí. En caso de que alguna de las tensiones anteriores no sea la indicada, desconecte los cables 1M, 2M y 3M del grupo control audio y vuelva a realizar la comprobación. Si de esta manera las medidas son correctas, revise las conexiones de los hilos 1M, 2M y 3M en las viviendas y empalmes de la instalación para descartar cruces de cable o cortocircuitos. Aconsejamos desconectar la instalación por tramos hasta localizar el problema. Si con los cables 1M, 2M y 3M desconectados las tensiones no son correctas, desconecte los cables 1 y 2 en la fuente de alimentación y compruebe las tensiones en bornas de entrada (220Vac) y de salida (17Vdc). Si no hay 17Vdc en la salida, la fuente de alimentación puede estar averiada. Si la fuente de alimentación funciona correctamente pero en la placa de calle sigue sin haber tensión, compruebe la instalación de los cables 1 y 2. Si es correcta, el grupo control audio puede estar averiado. Compruebe que el abrepuertas instalado cumple con las especificaciones del sistema: Tensión: 12Vdc Corriente máxima: 400mA Si todo lo anterior es correcto, verifique que el grupo control audio genera una tensión de +12Vdc entre bornas +12 y (GND) con los cables desconectados. Si la medida es correcta, compruebe que hay 12Vdc entre las bornas NO y (GND) cuando se intenta abrir la puerta desde una vivienda. Si estas tensiones no son correctas, el grupo control audio puede estar averiado. Si se ha instalado un abrepuertas de corriente alterna, compruebe las conexiones entre el grupo de audio, la fuente F1318 y el abrepuertas, según el esquema del punto 4.6 de esta guía. If an alternating current door opener has been installed, check the connections between the audio unit, F1318 source and the door opener, the same according to the schematic found in point 4.6 of this Guide. Verify that the alternating current door opener complies with the following specifications: Voltage: 12Vac Maximum current: 1A 14

Revise las conexiones en la placa calle. Compruebe que se escucha el sonido característico de un relé al realizar cada llamada. Si no es así, pruebe cada módulo de pulsadores por separado para localizar el que está averiado. Si ninguno de ellos produce el sonido mencionado, el grupo control audio puede estar averiado. Revise la configuración de los microinterruptores del monitor o teléfono y la configuración de la placa de calle. Compruebe que no haya dos monitores o teléfonos con la misma configuración (nº vivienda). Compruebe la tensión entre cables 1M, 2M (masa) y 3M en placa de calle y en las viviendas: 1M 2M = 17Vdc 3M 2M = 17Vdc Según sea el resultado de estas medidas, se pueden dar los siguientes casos: Las tensiones son correctas en placa calle pero no en las viviendas. Compruebe que las secciones de cable utilizadas son las apropiadas para la instalación. La tensión es incorrecta tanto en placa calle como en las viviendas. Desconecte los cables 1M, 2M y 3M del grupo control audio y compruebe de nuevo la tensión en las mismas bornas. Si sigue sin ser la indicada, el grupo control audio puede estar averiado. En caso de que en las bornas del grupo control audio las tensiones sean correctas, pero al conectar los cables esta medida varíe, revise la conexión de los cables en las viviendas y empalmes de la instalación para descartar cruces de cables o cortocircuitos. Aconsejamos desconectar la instalación por tramos hasta localizar el problema. Check that the cable sections that are used are appropriate for the installation. Voltage is correct in both the street panel and in the dwellings. Disconnect cables 1M, 2M and 3M from the audio control unit and once again check the voltage in the bushing insulators themselves. If voltage continues to be incorrect, then the audio control unit might be broken. If voltage is correct in the audio control unit s bushing insulators, but the measurement varies when the cables are connected, then revise connection of the cables in the dwellings and splices of the installation in order to discard cable crossing or short-circuits. We recommend that the installation be disconnected per spans until the problem is located. 15
