CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles. 2. Dilute 1 part of AltraWash Green to 3 parts of water for Ultrasonic Tanks, 1 to 4 for Pressure Washing Systems, 1 to 4 for Soak Tanks, 1 to 10 for Ink System flushing and 1 to 5 for on press side cleaning. May be applied with a sprayer, brush or lint free cloth. Recommended Mixing Ratio Ultrasonic Tanks 3 to 1 Pressure Washing Systems 4 to 1 Soak Tanks 4 to 1 Press Side Cleaning 5 to 1 Ink System Flushing 10 to 1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Rubber gloves and safety goggles must be worn at all times when handling. ALTRAWASH GREEN can be used in many different ways. It can be applied by hand on press or flushed through the entire ink system. Keeping only one cleaner for different cleaning applications saves you money! 3. After use for on press cleaning, rinse surface with water and dry thoroughly. Note: thoroughly rinsing with water is an important step and cannot be overstressed. Final rinse with a suitable solvent, while not necessary, will speed drying time and eliminate water spots. ALTRAWASH GREEN puede ser utilizado en muchas formas. Puede ser aplicado manualmente en la impresora o inyectado a través del sistema de bombeo de tinta. Tener un solo limpiador para diferentes aplicaciones de limpieza puede ahorrarle dinero! INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA: 1. Utilize guantes de caucho y gafas protectoras. 2. Diluya 1 parte de AltraWash Green por 3 partes de agua para Tanques de Ultrasonido, 1 por 4 para Sistemas de lavado por presión, 1 por 4 para Tanques de Remojo, 1 por 10 para inyección en Sistemas de tinta y 1 por 5 para limpieza en la impresora. Puede ser aplicado con atomizador, cepillo o trapo limpio. 3. Después de limpiar, enjuague con agua el rodillo anilox y séquelo muy bien. Nota: Enjuagar profundamente el rodillo con agua es muy importante y no puede ignorarlo. El enjuague final puede hacerse con un solvente adecuado y aunque este paso no es necesario, acelera el tiempo de secado del anilox y elimina las manchas de agua que puedan quedar.
