Return to owner. 2. Reocate existing eectrica bracet. Reove (2) screws and shift the bracet toward the drivers side using the inside screw hoe on bracet and outside wed nut (See Figure 3). 3. Raise hitch into position and insta conica toothed washers and hex bots into the existing wednuts. 4. Using the puwire feed carriage bots and bocs thru access sot in end of the frae as shown in Figure 1. Using the in puwire to eep boc independent of bot (See Figure 2). Feed the puwire thru the existing sot and hitch. 5. Attach conica toothed washer and hex nuts. Note: Do Not use both Hitches at the sae tie. This ay overoad and cause daage to vehice. Tighten a M12 CL10.9 fasteners with torque wrench to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N*M) Tighten a M14 CL10.9 fasteners with torque wrench to 115 Lb.-Ft. (156 N*M) Tighten a 7/16-14 GR5 fasteners with torque wrench to 50 Lb.-Ft. (68 N*M) Note: chec hitch frequenty, aing sure a fasteners and ba are propery tightened. If hitch is reoved, pug a hoes in trun pan or other body panes to prevent entry of water and exhaust fues. A hitch or ba which has been daaged shoud be reoved and repaced. Observe safety precautions when woring beneath a vehice and wear eye protection. Do not cut access or attachent hoes with a torch. This product copies with safety specifications and requireents for connecting devices and towing systes of the state of New Yor, V.E.S.C. Use puwire to feed 7/16-14 carriage bot and boc using the in puwire ethod (Figure 2) into the forward hoe, using the access hoe on the passengers frae rai. (See Figure 4) 2. Use the puwire to feed 7/16-14 carriage bot and boc into the forward drivers frae rai using existing access hoe. (As shown (Figure. 4)) Note: be carefu not to push fasteners bac into frae. 3. Raise hitch into position and onto carriage bots and attach with conica toothed washers and nuts. Hand tighten the fasteners. 4. Use puwire on reaining 7/16 14 carriage bots and bocs into each frae rai (2 each side) using the sae access hoes as in Step 1 & 2. (See Figure 4) Tighten a M12 CL10.9 fasteners with torque wrench to 75 Lb.-Ft. (102 N*M) Tighten a 7/16-14 GR5 fasteners with torque wrench to 50 Lb.-Ft. Enever es bouons existants de intérieur des ongerons de châssis. Les reettre au propriétaire. 2. Instaer aieurs e support de connecteur éectrique existant. Enever deux (2) vis et pacer e support du côté conducteur à aide du trou de vis intérieur du support et de écrou à souder extérieur (voir figure 3). 3. Souever atteage en position et instaer es rondees coniques dentées et es bouons hexagonaux dans es écrous à souder existants. 4. À aide d un fi de tirage, faire passer es bouons de carrosserie et eurs bocs à travers a fente d accès de extréité du châssis, coe iustré à a figure 1. Pier e fi de tirage pour garder e boc indépendant du bouon (voir a figure 2). Faire passer e fi de tirage dans a fente existante et 'atteage. 5. Instaer es rondees coniques dentées et es écrous hexagonaux. Rearque : Ne pas utiiser es deux atteages en êe teps. Une surcharge risquerait aors d endoager e véhicue. Serrer toute a visserie M12 CL10.9 au coupe de serrage 75 b.-pi. (102 N*M) Serrer toute a visserie M14 CL10.9 au coupe de serrage 115 b.-pi. (156 N*M) Serrer toute a visserie 7/16-14 GR5 au coupe de serrage 50 b.-pi. (68 N*M) Rearque : Vérifier atteage fréqueent, en s assurant que toutes es fixations et a boue sont serrées adéquateent. Si atteage est enevé, boucher tous es trous percés dans e coffre ou a carrosserie afin de prévenir infitration d eau ou de gaz d échappeent. Un atteage ou une boue endoagés doivent être enevés et repacés. Observer es esures de sécurité appropriées en travaiant sous e véhicue et porter des unettes de protection. Ne aais utiiser de chaueau pour découper un accès ou un trou de fixation. Ce produit est confore aux nores V-5 et SAE J684 de a V.E.S.C. Utiiser un fi de tirage pié (figure 2) pour pacer dans e trou avant un bouon de carrosserie 7/16-14 et son boc, en epruntant e trou d accès du ongeron côté passager. (Voir Figure 4) 2. Utiiser un fi de tirage pour faire passer un bouon de carrosserie 7/16-14 et son boc dans e ongeron avant côté conducteur, en epruntant e trou d accès existant. (Coe indiqué à a Figure 4) Rearque : veier à ne pas enfoncer et perdre a visserie dans e châssis. 3. Souever atteage en position sur es bouons de carrosserie, puis fixer à aide des rondees coniques et des écrous. Serrer à a ain. 4. À aide d un fi de tirage, pacer es bouons de carrosserie 7/16-14 restants et eurs bocs dans chaque ongeron (2 chaque côté), en epruntant es êes trous d accès qu aux étapes 1 et 2. (Voir Figure 4) Serrer toute a visserie M12 CL10.9 au coupe de serrage de 75 b.-pi. (102 N*M) Serrer toute a visserie 7/16-14 GR5 au coupe de serrage de 50 b.-pi. (68 N*M) Rearque : Vérifier atteage fréqueent, en s assurant que toutes es fixations et a boue sont serrées adéquateent. (Figura 1) Sin enganche O.E.M., ver siguiente página (figura 4) 1. Retire os pernos existentes desde e interior de os argueros de bastidor. Devueva a propietario. 2. Vueva a ubicar e soporte eéctrico existente. Retire (2) tornios y ueva e soporte hacia e ado de conductor usando e orificio de tornio interior en e soporte y tuerca de sodar exterior (Ver Figura 3). 3. Levante e enganche a su posición e instae arandeas cónicas dentadas y pernos hexagonaes dentro de as tuercas de sodar existentes. 4. Usando e cabe de haar inserte os pernos de carruae y os boques a través de a ranura de acceso en e extreo de bastidor coo se uestra en a Figura 1. Usando e cabe de haar enroado antiene e boque independiente de perno (ver Figura 2). Inserte e cabe de haar a través de a ranura existente y e enganche. 5. Instae arandeas cónicas dentadas y tuercas hexagonaes. Ranura de acceso en abos ados Enganche/Parachoques O.E.M. existente Soporte eéctrico Figura 3. Nota: No use abos enganches a iso tiepo. Apriete todos os tornios M12 CL10.9 con una ave de torsión a 75 Lb.-pies (102 N*M) Apriete todos os tornios M14 CL10.9 con una ave de torsión a 115 Lb.-pies (156 N*M) Apriete todos os tornios 7/16-14 GR5 con una ave de torsión a 50 Lb.-pies (68 N*M) Enroe en cabe de haar para antener os boques independientes de perno. Si se quita e enganche tape todos os orificios en e coector de baú u otros panees de a carrocería para evitar a entrada de agua y os gases de escape. Se debe retirar y reepazar un enganche o boa que se haya dañado. Observe as precauciones de seguridad a trabaar por debao de vehícuo y use protección visua. No corte os orificios de acceso o accesorios con sopete. Use e cabe de haar para insertar un perno de carruae de 7/16-14 y boque usando e étodo de cabe de haar enroado (Figura 2) dentro de orificio deantero, usando e orificio de acceso en e arguero de bastidor de pasaero. (Ver Figura 4) 2. Use e cabe de haar para insertar e perno de carruae de 7/16-14 y e boque dentro de arguero de bastidor deantero de ado de conductor usando e orificio de acceso existente. (Coo se uestra (Figura. 4)) Nota: Tenga cuidado de no epuar os tornios de nuevo dentro de bastidor. 3. Levante e enganche a su posición y sobre os pernos de carruae y una con arandeas cónicas dentadas y tuercas. Apriete os tornios a ano. 4. Use e cabe de haar en os pernos de carruae de 7/16 14 y boques restantes dentro de arguero de bastidor (2 por cada ado) usando os isos orificios de acceso que en e Paso 1 y 2. (Ver Figura 4) Apriete todos os tornios M12 CL10.9 con una ave de torsión a 75 Lb.-pies (102 N*M) Apriete todos os tornios 7/16-14 GR5 con una ave de torsión a 50 Lb.-pies (68 N*M) Nota: Revise e enganche con frecuencia, verificando que todos os tornios y a boa estén correctaente apretados. Si se quita e enganche tape todos os orificios en e coector de baú u otros panees de a carrocería para evitar a entrada de agua y os gases de escape. Se debe retirar y reepazar un enganche o boa que se haya dañado. Observe as precauciones de seguridad a trabaar por debao de vehícuo y use protección visua. No corte os orificios de acceso o accesorios con sopete.
