7 Es el acto de acosar a alguien con el objetivo de tener ventajas o favores sexuales aprovechándose de su condición de superior jerárquico, debido al ejercicio de su empleo, cargo o función. El Código Penal define como crimen la práctica de acoso sexual con penas de prisión que an de 1 a 2 años!
