7 Teaching notes This resource is aimed at year 7 students who are learning school subjects and starting to learn opinions. The resource encourages students to identify the forms of opinion verbs for themselves and then apply these in a series of differentiated exercises. The resource assumes some knowledge of school subjects, which are recapped in the differentiated starters on p.1. Grammar quest Cut along the dotted lines to prepare the grammar cards on pp.3-4 and stick them around the classroom. Students will each need a print out of the grammar quest worksheet on p.2. Their task is to walk around the room and read the clue cards, using these to work out the rules for using opinion verbs in Spanish. An extension task is provided for those who finish quickly. Worksheets Two differentiated worksheets are provided on pp.5-6. Students could be encouraged to choose the appropriate worksheet, by choosing the statement below that best represents their understanding.
