Se trata de una Fuente de Calor Prediseñada, que calienta el cabezal y el caño a las temperaturas y con la seguridad recomendada por las normas API. Rápido y seguro. Se inserta el precalentador, se enciende, en 5 a 10 minutos se levanta la temperatura del cabezal y la tuberíaa uniformemente y la mantiene hasta finalizar la soldadura. Permite también, a través de nuestro servicio Hot Chek, probar al soldadura en caliente y en caso de alguna fuga de presión, se corrije la soldadura antes de esperar el enfriamiento (ahorro 6 a 8 horas). Nuestro personal está preparado para realizar HOT-TAP en tuberías y tanques con presión. Nuestra herramienta, puede ser utilizada para instalar tapones de compilación de 2 y 3 permitiendo la recuperación de la Válvula. We provie Hot Tapping equipment that can be operated manually or with the use of a pneumatic drill. The tools is designed to perforate between ½ up to 4 holes. Our Personnel are trained to make taps in tubulars and tanks that are pressurized. Our tools can be used to install plugs of 2 to 3 inches in size allowing for the recuperation of the valve used in the operation. 10 Hot Tapping
