The second collection next weekend is our Parish Debt Reduction. Catholic Appeal Update: Thank you to all parishioners who made pledges to the 2016 Catholic Appeal. Our assessment for this year is $39,298. As of January 23rd the amount of paid pledges was $37,627. This puts us at $1,671 under assessment. Please make every effort to send in your pledge in order that the parish will not have to pay the difference. 5 February 11 th is the Feast Day of Our Lady of Lourdes and World Day of the Sick. Mindful of our sick brothers and sisters in the parish we will offer the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick after all the Masses next weekend February 11 th and 12 th. This Sacrament is for those of advanced age, those suffering from chronic illness, life threatening or serious illness. It is also for those with emotional difficulties and those preparing for surgery. I would very much like to bring this Sacrament to those who are too ill to attend Mass. Therefore I invite the relatives and friends of sick to call the rectory and inform me personally so that I may visit these parishioners. La Renovación Carismática les invita a usted y familia a renovar el Espíritu Santo en sus vidas y vivir el gozo y la alegría que el Espíritu nos da en Oración de Alabanza, Adoración y Sanación. Asamblea (Lugar: Capilla) Lunes: 8-9:30 p.m. Jueves: 8-9:30 p.m. Sábado: 5-6:30 p.m. Vigilia en honor a la Virgen: 1re Sábado del Mes de 8 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Cursos de Crecimiento, Visita a los enfermos y Rosario familiar El 11 de febrero es el día de la Fiesta de Nuestra Señora de Lourdes y la Jornada Mundial de los Enfermos. Consciente de nuestros hermanos y hermanas enfermos de la parroquia, se ofrecerá el Sacramento de la Unción de los enfermos el próximo fin de semana después de todas las misas. Este sacramento es para los de edad avanzada, las personas que sufren de enfermedades crónicas, enfermedad potencialmente mortal o grave. También es para las personas con dificultades emocionales y de los que se preparan para una cirugía. Me gustaría llevar este sacramento a aquellos que están verdaderamente enfermos y no pueden asistir a Mi. Por lo tanto invito a los familiares y amigos de enfermos a llamar a la rectoría e informarme personalmente, de modo que pueda visitar a estos feligreses. Rosario de Aurora Los invitamos a que nos acompañen a rezar el rosario Primer Sábado del mes en la capilla a las 6:00am para pedir a nuestra madre santísima que nos acompañe, he interceda por nosotros ante su hijo Jesucristo. Los esperamos! La directiva de coros les invita a la Vigilia de Coros todos los 3re Sábados del mes en la capilla de 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. El grupo Jumisepa te invita a nuestra reunión de jóvenes todos los martes de 7:00pm-9:00pm tenemos Oración, Temas, y mucho más. Adoración al Santísimo toda la noche, los segundos sábados del mes en la capilla Dios entiende nuestras oraciones aun cuando nosotros no podemos encontrar las palabras para expresarlas. 5 JOVENES, el grupo juvenil JUAP les invita a sus reuniones, Domingos a las 5 P.M. en el cuarto del parqueo de la parroquia Santísimo Redentor. Ven y llénate del amor de Dios. Tenemos juegos, dinámicas y lo mas importante la palabra de Dios. Recuerda las palabras de San Juan Bosco: Juventud divino tesoro.
