2 ATENCIÓN: 1. El embalaje se verterá en contenedores en función de los materiales de su composición para su recogida y tratamiento por gestores autorizados. Con el fin de evitar la contaminación, se prohíbe la eliminación irregular de los residuos. 2. Para evitar vertidos durante el uso de los productos, el usuario deberá preparar materiales absorbentes (serrín o un paño seco) para absorber cualquier vertido de aceite a tiempo. Para evitar una posterior contaminación ambiental, los materiales absorbentes deberán ser luego entregados a gestores autorizados por las autoridades locales. ATTENTION: 3. To avoid leaking during the use of the products, the user should prepare some absorbable materials (scraps of wooden or dry duster cloth) to absorb the leaking oil in time. FIJACIÓN DE LA BARRA DE EMPUJE A LA UNIDAD DE BOMBEO 2.1 Retire 3 pernos (D611) del soporte del mango (D151). 2.2 Fije el mango (D610A, D610B o D610AS) en el soporte (D151), permitiendo que la cadena (D612) y los pernos de ajuste (D614) pasen a través del orificio en el centro del soporte (D151) y eje (D153). 2.3 Inserte los tres pernos (D611) a través del mango en el soporte (D151), y apriételos bien. 2.4 Eleve la placa de fijación (D132) e inserte el perno de ajuste (D614) en la ranura manteniendo la tuerca de ajuste (D615) en la parte inferior de la placa de fijación (D132). 3. AJUSTE DEL DISPOSITIVO DE LIBERACIÓN En la barra de tracción de esta transpaleta encontrará el dispositivo de control (D608 o D608S) que se puede ajustar a tres posiciones: RAISE (Elevación) - mando en posición inferior DRIVE (conducción) - mando en posición centrada LOWER (bajada) - mando elevado, la palanca regresa a la posición de conducción cuando se libera. Si se han modificado estas posiciones, puede ajustarlas del siguiente modo: 3.1 Si las horquillas se elevan cuando la bomba se encuentra en la posición DRIVE, gire la tuerca 3

4 de ajuste (D615) que se encuentra en el perno de ajuste (D614) o en el tornillo de ajuste (D133) en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta que la bomba deje que de elevar las horquillas y la función DRIVE funcione correctamente. 3.2 Si las horquillas descienden estando en la posición de DRIVE, gire la tuerca (D615) o el tornillo de ajuste (D133) en el sentido inverso a las agujas del reloj hasta que el las horquillas dejen de descender. 3.3 Si las horquillas no descienden cuando el mando del control (D608 o D608S) se encuentre en la posición LOWER, gire la tuerca (D615) o el tornillo de ajuste (D133) en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta conseguir que cuando eleve el mando de control (D608 o D608S) consiga que las horquillas desciendan. Compruebe luego la posición DRIVE de acuerdo con los apartados 3.1 y 3.2 para asegurarse de que la tuerca (D615) o el tornillo de ajuste (D133) se encuentra en la posición correcta. 3.4 Si las horquillas no se elevan mientras bombea en la posición de RAISE gire la tuerca (D615) o el tornillo de ajuste (D133) en el sentido opuesto a las agujas del reloj hasta que las horquillas se eleven cuando se bombee en la posición RAISE. A continuación, compruebe las posiciones LOWER y DRIVE según los apartados 3.1, 3.2 y MANTENIMIENTO La transpaleta apenas necesita mantenimiento. 4.1 ACEITE Compruebe el nivel de aceite cada seis meses. La capacidad de aceite es de 0,3l. Use aceite de tipo hidráulico según la escala de temperaturas que se indica a continuación. Temperatura Aceite -20 ~+40 Aceite hidráulico L-HV RETIRADA DE AIRE DE LA UNIDAD DE BOMBEO Puede acceder aire al aceite hidráulico a consecuencia del transporte o de una posición de bombeo incorrecta. Ello puede imposibilitar la elevación de las horquillas al bombear en la posición RAISE. Puede retirar el aire del siguiente modo: coloque el mando de control (D608 o D608S) en la posición LOWER, a continuación mueva el mando (D610A, D610B o D610AS) arriba y abajo varias veces. 4.3 REVISIÓN DIARIA Y MANTENIMIENTO Una revisión diaria de la transpaleta puede limitar en gran medida su desgaste. Se deberá prestar especial atención a las ruedas, ejes, hilos y roscas/hebras. Puede bloquear las ruedas. Al finalizar el trabajo deje las horquillas en la posición más baja y sin carga. 4.4 LUBRICACIÓN Use aceite de motor o grasa para lubricar todas las piezas móviles. 4

5 5. GUÍA PARA UN TRABAJO SEGURO Para trabajar con seguridad con la transpaleta, lea todas las advertencias e instrucciones de seguridad indicadas en este manual y en la propia transpaleta antes de su uso. 5.1 No maneje la transpaleta a menos que conozca su funcionamiento y cuente con formación o autorización para ello. 5.2 No trabaje con la transpaleta si no cuenta con la formación y autorización necesarias. Esté especialmente atento a las ruedas, la barra de control, las horquillas y en control inferior. 5.3 No use la transpaleta en pendientes. 5.4 No coloque bajo ninguna circunstancia ninguna parte de su cuerpo en el mecanismo de elevación o bajo las horquillas o la carga. No lleve pasajeros. 5.5 Se recomienda que los operarios usen guantes y calzado de seguridad. 5.6 No mueva cargas inestables o mal apiladas. 5.7 No sobrecargue la transpaleta. 5.8 Coloque siempre las cargas en el centro de las horquillas y nunca en los extremos de las mismas (Véase Fig. 2). 5.9 La capacidad de la transpaleta se basa en una carga uniformemente distribuida en donde el centro de la carga se sitúa en el punto intermedio entre las horquillas Compruebe que la longitud de las horquillas coincide con la longitud del palé Descienda las horquillas a su posición más baja cuando no esté usando la transpaleta Sometida a otras condiciones, los operarios deberán tener la máxima precaución cuando manejen la transpaleta. 6. RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS Nº Problema CAUSA SOLUCIÓN 1 No es posible elevar las horquillas a su altura máxima. - >Falta aceite hidráulico. - Añada aceite. No hay aceite hidráulico Añada aceite. 6 3 Las horquillas no descienden 4 Fugas 5 Las horquillas descienden sin que la válvula de liberación funcione. El vástago del pistón (D147) o la bomba están deformados como consecuencia de un ladeamiento parcial provocado por una sobrecarga. La horquilla se ha mantenido en una posición elevada demasiado tiempo lo que ha ocasionado la oxidación y obturación de la barra del pistón. La tuerca de ajuste (D615) o el tornillo (D133) no está en la posición correcta. Las juntas están gastadas o dañadas. Hay piezas agrietadas o erosionadas. Las impurezas del aceite provocan que la válvula de liberación no cierre bien. Algunas piezas del sistema hidráulico están agrietadas o perforadas. Ha entrado aire en el aceite. Cambie el vástago del pistón (D147) o la bomba. Mantenga la horquilla en la posición más baja cuando no esté en uso y preste más atención a la lubricación de la barra. Ajuste la tuerca (D615) o el tornillo (D133). (véase apartado 3.3). Cámbielas. Cámbielas. Reemplace el aceite. Inspeccione y reemplace las piezas gastadas. Retire el aire.(véase apartado 4.2). Sustitúyalas. Las juntas están gastadas o dañadas. La tuerca de ajuste (D615) o el tornillo (D133) no están en la posición correcta. Ajuste la tuerca (D615) o el tornillo (D133). (Véase apartado 3.2). *NOTA: NO INTENTE REPARAR LA TRANSPALETA A MENOS QUE CUENTE CON FORMACIÓN O AUTORIZACIÓN PARA HACERLO. 6

ATTACHING HANDLE TO PUMP UNIT 2.1 Remove 3 bolts (D611) from the handle bracket (D151). 2.2 Set handle (D610A, D610B or D610AS) on the bracket (D151), notice to allow the chain (D612) and the adjusting bolts (D614) assembly to pass through the hole in the center of the bracket (D151) and shaft (D153). 2.3 Insert the 3 bolts (D611) through the handle into the bracket (D151), then tighten them securely. 2.4 Raise the lever plat (D132) and insert the adjusting bolt (D614) into the front slot, keeping the adjusting nut (D615) on the under side of the lever plat (D132). 3. ADJUSTING RELEASE DEVICE On the draw-bar of this pallet truck, you can find the control handle (D608 or D608S) which can be adjusted in three positions : Raise - handle down Drive - handle in center position Lower - handle up, the lever moves back the drive position when released. If however they have been changed, you can adjust according to the following steps: 3.1 If the forks elevate while pumping in the DRIVE position, turn the adjusting nut (D615) on the adjusting bolt (D614) or adjusting screw (D133) clockwise until pumping action does not raise the forks and the DRIVE position functions properly. 3.2 If the forks descend while pumping in the DRIVE position, turn the nut (D615) or adjusting screw (D133) counter-clockwise until the forks do not lower. 3.3 If the forks do not descent when the control handle (D608 or D608S) is in the LOWER position, 15

16 turn the nut (D615) or adjusting screw(d133) clockwise until raising the control handle(d608 or D608S) lowers the forks. Then check the DRIVE position according to item 3.1 and 3.2 to be sure the nut (D615) or adjusting screw (D133) is in the proper position. 3.4 If the forks do not elevate while pumping in the RAISE position, turn the nut (D615) or adjusting screw(d133) counter-clockwise until the forks elevate while pumping in the RAISE position. Then check the LOWER and DRIVE position according to item 3.1, 3.2 and MAINTENANCE Your pallet truck is largely maintenance-free. 4.1 OIL Please check the oil level every six months. The oil capacity is about 0.3lt. Use the hydraulic type oil according to temperature scale below. Temperature -20~+40 Oil L-HV46 Hydraulic oil 4.2 EXPELING AIR FROM THE PUMP UNIT The air may come into the hydraulic oil because of transportation or pump in upset position. It can cause the forks unable to elevate while pumping while in the RAISE position. The air may escape in the following way: let the control handle (D608 or D608S) on the LOWER position, then move the handle (D610A, D610B or D610AS) up and down for several times. 4.3 DAILY CHECK AND MAINTENANCE Daily check of the pallet truck can limit wear as much as possible. Special attention should be paid to wheels, axles, thread, rags, etc. It may block the wheels. The forks should be unloaded and lowered in the lowest position when the job is over. 4.4 LUBRICATION Use motor oil or grease to lubricate all moveable parts. 5. GUIDE TO SAFETY OPERATIONS For safe operation of the Hand Pallet Truck, please read all warning signs and instructions here and on the pallet truck prior to use. 5.1 Do not operate the pallet truck unless you are familiar with it and have been trained or authorized to do so. 5.2 Do not operate the truck unless you have been trained and authorized. Pay special attention to the wheels, the handle assembly, the forks and the lower control. 5.3 Do not use the truck on sloping ground. 5.4 Never place any part of your body in the lifting mechanism or under the forks or load. Do not carry passengers. 5.5 It is advisable that operators should wear gloves and safety shoes. 5.6 Do not handle unstable or loosely stacked loads. 5.7 Do not overload the truck. 16

17 5.8 Always place loads centrally across the forks and not at the end of the forks (See Fig. 2). 5.9 The capacity of the truck assumes an evenly distributed load with the center of the load being at the halfway point of the length of the forks Make sure that the length of the forks matches the length of the pallet Lower the forks to the lowest height when the truck is not being used In other specific conditions, the operators should take extra care in operating the truck. 6.
