Position: Inspector (Nombre /stamp): / Inspector (Name/ stamp): IPORTANTE Durante la remoción/instalación de los fan blades asegúrese de que sean instalados en la misma posición de la cual fueron removidos. Para eso identifíquelos adecuadamente tanto en el hub como en el blade, ver figura 1 (registre la posición de los fan blades en hoja de registros adjunta, TABLA 1). WARNING During removal/ installation of fan blades, make sure that blades are installed in the same position from which they were removed, see figure 1 (record position of the fan blades on record sheet attached, TABLE 1) PRECAUCIÓN: NO REOVER LUBRICANTE EXISTENTE EN LA RAÍZ DEL FAN BLADE, PARTÍCULAS SUELTAS DE LUBRICANTE SOLO DEBEN SER REOVIDAS UTILIZANDO PAÑOS LIBRE DE RESIDUOS Y FLUIDO DE LIPIEZA. CAUTION: DO NOT REOVE ANY EXISTING ROOT LUBRICANT FRO THE BLADE ROOT. LOOSE FLAKES OF EXISTING LUBRICANT UST ONLY BE REOVED USING A LINT FREE CLOTH ADE OIST WITH CLEANING FLUID. PRECAUCIÓN: NO UTILIZAR EDIOS ABRASIVOS PARA SUAVIZAR O REOVER LUBRICANTE EXISTENTE EN LA RAÍZ. EL REVESTIIENTO DE ETCO 58 PIERDE SU CAPACIDAD DE RETENER EL LUBRICANTE SI ESTE ES ALISADO O SUAVIZADO CON SCOTCH-BRITE U OTRO ATERIAL ABRASIVO. CAUTION: DO NOT USE ABRASIVE EDIUS TO SOOTH OR REOVE EXISTING ROOT LUBRICANT. ETCO 58 COATING LOSES ITS ABILITY TO RETAIN LUBRICANT IF SOOTHED WITH SCOTCHBRITE OR OTHER ABRASIVE ATERIALS.

Realizar lubricación de fan blades de acuerdo a los siguientes pasos: To perform fan blade lubrication as per the following steps: a) Remueva los fan blades del fan disk de acuerdo al A B. Ver fig. 1. Remove the fan blades from the fan disk as per A See fig. 1. IPORTANTE Durante la remoción/instalación de los fan blades asegúrese de que sean instalados en la misma posición de la cual fueron removidos. Para eso identifíquelos adecuadamente tanto en el hub como en el blade, ver figura 1 (registre la posición de los fan blades en hoja de registros adjunta, TABLA 1). NOTE: If Ramp rear detachment during Fan blades removal, reference P/N 5A1947 or 5A0119, they must be replaced according with A Task A. b) Limpiar Fan blades de acuerdo a A task TASK A Cleaning of the LP Compressor Blades IAW TASK A. PRECAUCIÓN: NO REOVER LUBRICANTE EXISTENTE EN LA RAÍZ DEL FAN BLADE, PARTÍCULAS SUELTAS DE LUBRICANTE SOLO DEBEN SER REOVIDAS UTILIZANDO PAÑOS LIBRE DE RESIDUOS Y FLUIDO DE LIPIEZA. CAUTION: DO NOT REOVE ANY EXISTING ROOT LUBRICANT FRO THE BLADE ROOT. LOOSE FLAKES OF EXISTING LUBRICANT UST ONLY BE REOVED USING A LINT FREE CLOTH ADE OIST WITH CLEANING FLUID. Perform a fan blade visual inspection as per A I d) Aplique tres capas de lubricante a los fan blades root dovetail flanks de acuerdo al A TASK B. Por referencia Ver fig. 2 Apply three layers of dry film lubricant to the fan blades root dovetail flanks as per A As reference see fig. 2. e) Instale los fan blades en el fan disk de acuerdo al A C. Install the fan blades on the fan disk as per A A. I f) Retornar el avión a su condición normal de operación. Return the aircraft to normal operational condition. I
