1 Health & Safety Manager PROJECT SPANISH ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY COMPANY is in the process of expanding its base in the Middle East and is seeking the following position: Therefore we are in the process of selecting one Health & Safety Manager with the following duties: o To elaborate the Safety and Health Prevention Plan. o To ensure compliance with operating construction procedures that ensure the approved Health and Safety Plan. o To set up the methodology, objectives and policy for the Prevention of Occupational Risks. o Development of the Emergency Plan. o To coordinate the control of documentation related to Health and Safety. o Integration of preventive activities in the construction project. o To coordinate the Procedures in Management System as well as coordinating the Business Activities. o Management of Personal and Groups Protection Equipment and development of Safety Data Sheets. o Monitoring the Annual Report of Health Surveillance. o Responsible for internal and external communication of the Training and Information on Health and Safety. o Monthly Safety and Health reports to the construction headquarters. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - University Degree. - Senior Technician of Safety and Health specialized in Construction. - Over 5 years experience in similar tasks in large structures works. - International experience. - Able to change residence to Arabic Gulf. - Proficient in English, Arabic would be an advantage. KEY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in large structures projects. - Experience in international construction projects.

3 COMPANY PROFILE SPANISH ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY leader of a consortium that has been awarded a High Speed line project to be developed in a concession of infrastructure, superstructure, operation and maintenance of line of 450 km of electrified double line linking two major cities in Persian Gulf area, with trains equipped with the latest signaling and communication systems. The Phase the consortium has been awarded includes the following tasks to perform: - Detailed design and construction of the superstructure and railway systems, including laying the track, sleepers, ballast, signaling, electrification and catenary and communication systems - Supply of 33 high-speed trains -Operation and maintenance of the line and rolling stock for a period of 12 years. The goal is to serve more than 160,000 passengers daily on a project over 10 years.

4 Gerente de seguridad y salud (Health & Safety Manager) PROYECTO Compañía española de ingeniería y consultoría en proceso de expandir su sede de Oriente Medio busca el siguiente perfil: Por tanto, estamos en el proceso de selección de un gerente de Seguridad y Salud con las siguientes funciones: Elaborar el Plan de Prevención de Seguridad y Salud Asegurarse del cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos en construcción que aseguren el plan de seguridad y salud aprobado Establecer la metodología, objetivos y políticas para la prevención de riesgos laborales Desarrollar un plan de emergencia Coordinar el control de la documentación relativa a Seguridad y Salud. Integración de actividades de prevención en el proyecto de construcción Coordinar los Procedimientos en Sistema de Gestión así como coordinar las Actividades de Negocio. Gestión de los equipos de protección personales y de grupo y desarrollo de Hojas de Datos de Seguridad Seguimiento del Informe anual de Seguimiento de Salud. Responsable de la comunicación interna y externa de la formación e información sobre salud y seguridad. Informes mensuales de seguridad y salud a la sede de construcción REQUERIMIENTOS MÍNIMOS: Título universitario Técnico senior de seguridad y salud especializado en construcción Más de 5 años de experiencia en tareas similares en grandes estructuras de trabajo. Experiencia internacional Dispuesto a cambiar de residencia al Golfo Arábigo Competente en Inglés, el árabe sería una ventaja. REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS CLAVE: - Experiencia en proyectos de grandes estructuras. - Experiencia en proyectos internacionales de construcción. OFRECEMOS:

6 PERFIL DE LA EMPRESA EMPRESA ESPAÑOLA DE INGENIERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN, líder de un consorcio que ha resultado adjudicatario del proyecto de Línea de Alta Velocidad que se desarrollará en concesión de infraestructura, superestructura, operación y mantenimiento de una línea de 450 km de doble línea electrificada para unir dos grandes ciudades del área del Golfo Pérsico, con trenes equipados con los últimos sistemas de señalización y comunicación. La fase que se ha adjudicado al consorcio incluye las siguientes tareas a desempeñar: Diseño detallado y construcción de la superestructura y el sistema de vías, incluyendo instalación de los raíles, traviesas, balasto, señalización, electrificación y la catenaria y los sistemas de comunicación Suministro de 33 trenes de alta velocidad. Operación y mantenimiento de la línea y el material rodante por un periodo de doce años. El objetivo es atender a más de pasajeros al día en un proyecto de más de 10 años.
