1 Approved John Britt 1/30/2015 OF SAN DIEGUITO ELEMENTARY BASKETBALL FOR THE ENCINITAS SCHOOL DISTRICT The Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito is offering basketball at the elementary level for 5th and 6th grade students in the Encinitas and Cardiff School Districts. You MUST register your child BEFORE tryouts. TEAM DETAILS One BOYS team and one GIRLS team will be selected from each school (no coed teams) players will be selected for each team COST $135 - includes jersey and officials (financial aid is available) TRYOUT DATES & LOCATION ALL TRYOUTS ARE IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL ON THE STUDENT S SCHOOL S PLAYGROUND OR BLACKTOP. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CHILD BEFORE TRYOUTS OLIVENHAIN PIONEER, MISSION ESTANCIA and FLORA VISTA Tuesday, February 10th CAPRI, PAUL ECKE and LA COSTA HEIGHTS Wednesday, February 11th SCHEDULE GAMES Games begin in March and the season ends in May with an end-of-season tournament. 2 PEC Yearbook PEC is now taking online orders for the 2015 edition of the Yearbook. The cost is $ Online ordering will be available until Friday, May 22, The will be a new yearbook distribution process this year. All yearbooks ordered online will be distributed to your child in class by their teacher on Monday, June 15. No more waiting in line after school to get your pre-ordered book!! To place your yearbook order: Go to to place your order (cost $25.00: $24.00 plus $1 online processing fee). On the Balfour page, type Paul Ecke Elementary School in the search box. Click on the Yearbook on the next page to proceed to the Balfour Yearbook Products page. If you are ordering a yearbook for only one student: 1. On the Yearbook Products page, under Your Yearbook, add 1 yearbook to the cart, and in the pop-up window, enter your child s information: student first name, student last name, grade, and classroom teacher. Select Add to Cart. 2. Select the green Add Products to Cart on the Yearbook Products page. 3. On the Shopping Cart page, review your order and your child s information and select Proceed to Checkout. If you are ordering yearbooks for more than one student: Because we are distributing yearbooks to your children in their classes, we require name and classroom information for each of your children. Please follow these steps once you are on the Balfour Yearbook Products page: 1. On the Yearbook Products page, under Your Yearbook, add only 1 yearbook to the cart for your first child, and in the pop-up window, enter your first child s information: student first name, student last name, grade, and classroom teacher. Select Add to Cart. 2. Select the green Add Products to Cart on the Yearbook Products page. On the resulting Shopping Cart page, review your first child s information, and then select Continue Shopping. 3. Back on the Yearbook Products page, add 1 yearbook to the cart for your second child, and in the pop-up window, enter your second child s information: student first name, student last name, grade, and classroom teacher. Select Add to Cart. 4. Select the green Add Products to Cart on the Yearbook Products page. 5. On the Shopping Cart page, review your order and all of your children s information and select Proceed to Checkout. There will be no in-office cash pre-sales this year, but yearbooks will be available for purchase with cash or check starting after school on Monday, June 15 Thursday, June 18, and the price will remain $25.

3 Libro Anuario PEC PEC ya está tomando órdenes por internet para la edición 2015 del libro anuario (Yearbook). El costo es de $25.00, las órdenes por internet terminarán el viernes 22 de mayo del Este año tendremos un nuevo proceso de distribución del libro anuario. Todos los libros que se ordenen por internet serán distribuidos a sus niños(as) en sus clases, se los dará su maestra o maestro el Lunes 15 de Junio. No tendrán que esperar en la línea después de la escuela para que se les dé su libro anuario que hayan ordenado anticipadamente! Para ordenar su Libro Anuario por internet: Vaya al sitio de internet para hacer su orden, el costo es de $25.00 (esto es $24.00 más $1.00 de la cuota de procesamiento por internet). En ese sitio de internet de Balfour, en la cajita de búsqueda (search) escriba Paul Ecke Elementary School. En la página que aparezca a continuación de click en Yearbook para que aparezca la página de productos de Balfour (Balfour Yearbook Products). Sí usted está ordenando un libro anuario para sólo un estudiante: 1. En la página de productos (Yearbook Products), añada 1 libro anuario en el carrito de compras, y en la ventana que aparezca anote la información de su niño(a): primer nombre de su estudiante, apellido de su estudiante, grado, nombre de su maestra o maestro del salón de clases. Seleccione añadir (Add to Cart). 2. Seleccione añadir productos al carrito (Add Products to Cart) que está en verde en la página de productos (Yearbook Products). 3. En la página del carrito de compras (Shopping Card page), revise su orden y la información de su niño o niña. A continuación seleccione donde dice que ya va a pagar (Proceed to Checkout). Si usted está ordenando libros anuarios para más de un estudiante: Como vamos a distribuir los libros anuario para sus niños(as) en sus salones de clases, necesitamos que nos dé la información del salón de clases y el nombre de cada uno de sus niños(as). Al regresar a la página de productos (Yearbook Products), añada al carrito 1 libro anuario más para su segundo niño(a), y en la ventana que aparezca anote la información de su segundo niño(a): nombre del estudiante, apellido del estudiante, grado, nombre de la maestra o maestro del salón de clases. Seleccione añadir al carrito de compras ( Add to cart ). 4. Seleccione añadir productos al carrito ( Add Products to Cart ) que está en verde en la página de productos (Yearbook Products). 5. En la página del carrito de compras (Shopping Card page), revise su orden y la información de su niño o niña. A continuación seleccione donde dice que ya va a pagar (Proceed to Checkout). Este año no se tendrá la pre-venta del libro anuario con dinero en efectivo o cheque en la oficina, pero ustedes podrán comprar sus libros anuarios con cheque o dinero en efectivo (a un costo de $25.00 cada uno) a partir del lunes 15 de junio y hasta el jueves 18 de junio.
