Inglés VII Topic 10 Animals Introduction Work with animals You love animals, you enjoy working with them, but you aren't sure what exactly you want to do with them or what you can do with them. Fortunately, there are many ways in which you can combine your interest in animals with a paying job. Not necessarily a job that will have you rolling in the green stuff, but hey! someone will be paying you to do what you love to do anyway, so there are definite benefits! 1
The following are some of the careers that involve working with animals. There are other careers that are not listed, but which are as part of some of these jobs. For example, a biologist may specialize in birds (ornithology), fish (ichthyology), reptiles and amphibians (herpetology), and so on. This current topic will talk more about career opportunities with animals, their habitat, the way they live, and how we humans are not so thankful at times with them knowing that you use as food, as help for work, and company for daily life. Think how the planet be without them, they are also alive and they the right to live. Do not ever be rude to animals, respect the earth! Speaking Discussing the role of animals in different fields. What kinds of people do each animal help.... Upon listening to the recording choose an animals and write a short paragraph sharing your opinion. They can be good listeners, have the funniest antics, and above all, give you unconditional love and loyalty. As such, it s only fitting that devote a category to them. 6
All that you have reviewed in this chapter talks about how great an animal company may be when most needed, how animals may be great stress relievers. Just think where half of your food comes from, cows, pigs, birds, fish, countless numbers of species used to feed humans.
