VARENICLINA Tabletas X 0,5 Y 1mg Iniciar 1semana antes del cese del consumo Estudios demuestran disminución del consumo así no se haya podido lograr un cese definitivo Día 1-3: 0,5 mg/día Día4-7: 0,5 mg cada 12 horas Día 7 en adelante: 1 mg cada 12 horas RA: Naúseas, dolor abdominal, flatulencia, insomnio, pesadillas : 50% de la dosis, estómago lleno, con un vaso de agua helada. En insuficiencia renal grave reducir 50% dosis NO:depresión, ideas suicidas, hipersensibilidad al producto, embarazo, lactancia, < 18 años No interacciones relevantes

Conclusiones El abordaje más efectivo para lograr la abstinencia al cigarrillo será la combinación de manejo farmacológico y no farmacológico por al menos 6 meses logrando una abstinencia del 25-35%.

Conclusiones El abordaje más efectivo para lograr la abstinencia al cigarrillo será la combinación de manejo farmacológico y no farmacológico por al menos 6 meses logrando una abstinencia del 25-35%.
