1 Modificación de la ENS acorde con la KEL 28 Se va a modificar la Declaración Sumaria de Entrada para ajustarse a las modificaciones de la nueva KEL 28. La aplicación de las nuevas reglas será obligatoria desde el día 1 de Diciembre de 2015 a las 15 h (Madrid, Paris), rechazándose a partir de este mismo día las declaraciones que incumplan dichas reglas. 1. Aplicar la modificación de la regla TR0812. Periodo de aplicación 1 Diciembre 2015 Aplicar la nueva regla TR0812 en los mensajes CC313, CC315: HEADER. Total gross mass O n..11,3 TR0812 TR0812 El valor de este campo tiene que ser mayor o igual a la suma de todas las Masas Brutas GOODS ITEM.Gross mass de cada una de las partidas. Periodo de aplicación 1 Diciembre 2015 Desaparece el código B, (Barco y provisiones de avión), del indicador de circunstancia específico: Este código debe ser quitado de las condiciones para ICS ya que no está cubierto por las exigencias de datos de seguridad. Los cambios siguientes estarán reflejados en el Apéndice Q2 de DDNIA: 1. 5 Modification of the ENS declaration according to the Kel 28 The ENS declaration will be modified according to the Kel 28. The new rules will be mandatory starting the 1 st December 2015 at (Madrid, Paris). Declarations that do not fulfill the new requirements will be rejected after this date. 1. Modification due to Rule TR0812. Starting on 1 st December 2015 New rule TR0812 must be applied in messages CC313 and CC315 HEADER.
