2 Rodillos de levas Stud type track rollers Los rodillos de levas están formados por un perno con borde de acero, superficies de guía, aro exterior de gran espesor, capaz de soportar cargas radiales elevadas. Gracias a la forma particular del aro exterior (superficie bombeada) el rodillo de levas logra reducir la concentración de las cargas en los bordes. Además gracias a la rosca del perno son fáciles de montar. Para la relubricación existen orificios tanto en la superficie lateral del perno como también en la parte roscada. Cuando se utiliza el rodillo de levas en un camino de rodadura plano puede verificarse una deformación elástica del aro exterior, por lo tanto es conveniente adoptar los coeficientes de carga C w y C ow como base de referencia. Los rodillos de levas pueden ser utilizados en diversas aplicaciones como los rodillos de presión, los rodillos para balancines o las guías lineales simples. Tipología KR y KR..PP Los rodillos de levas constituyen un único grupo de montaje, ya que están formados por un perno con borde, un aro exterior, una jaula de agujas y una arandela de guía. Los rodillos de levas de esta categoría son idóneos para soportar elevadas cargas y gracias al espacio presente entre las agujas no es necesario lubricarlos muy frecuentemente. Se recuerda que cuando se utilizan los rodillos de levas con obturaciones no se debe superar el intervalo de temperaturas entre los -30 C. y los +80 C. Stud type track rollers consist of a stud with a steel edge, of an outer ring with a wider thickness and of a rolling element able to stand heavy radial loads. Thanks to the particular shape of its barrel outer ring, stud can reduce load concentration on the sharp edges; besides an easier assembling is assured by a thread which is present onto the stud. Concerning lubrication, holes are located on both lateral surface and part of stud with thread. When the stud is mounted on a plane guideway an elastic deformation of outer ring could happen, this is why it seems to be suitable using C w and C ow coefficients. Stud type track rollers are used as pressure rollers, rollers for compensators or in linear guideways. KR and KR..PP type Stud type track rollers are a sole group of assembling as they consist of a stud with edge, an outer ring, needle roller cage and a fifth wheel. The KR are suitable to stand heavy loads and thanks to the space, it is not necessary to lubricate them often. The sealed KR are thermally stable in the temperature range between -30 C +80 C. Tipología KRV y KRV..PP Los rodillos de levas de la serie KRV son símiles a los de la serie KR, pero son del tipo completamente llenos de agujas, soportan cargas más elevadas y alcanzan velocidades de rotación inferiores. Estos rodillos de levas requieren una lubricación frecuente. Se recuerda siempre que si están dotados de obturaciones se deberán respetar las temperaturas máximas previstas (véase serie KR) KRV and KRV..PP type The same as above but able to stand heavier loads, lower rotation speeds and with a full complement of needle rollers. The KRV require a frequent lubrication and seen that they can also be supplied with seals, we remind you not to exceed maximum temperature above indicated for KR. Tipología UKR / PWKR Los rodillos de levas de esta serie están compuestos por un perno con borde, un aro exterior con bordes guíado por agujas, un cuerpo rodante del tipo completamente lleno de agujas. Todos estos componentes constituyen una única unidad lista para el montaje. Este tipo de rodillos de levas garantiza la absorción de elevadas cargas y gracias a su guía axial pueden soportar grandes esfuerzos laterales. Se recuerda que los rodillos de levas UKR / PWKR cuentan con un orificio de lubricación también en el vástago. Si no se utiliza dicho orificio es aconsejable cerrarlo con un tapón. Si en cambio si se utiliza, la lubricación deberá ser frecuente. UKR / PWKR type The UKR consist of a stud, of an outer ring with edges guided by rollers, and of a full complement of needle rollers: the combination of these elements creates a sole group ready to be assembled. Thanks to their properties, UKR / PWKR are able to stand very heavy loads; these are axially guided to stand heavy lateral efforts. All UKR have a further lubrication hole on their shaft: if this isn t exploited, we recommend to close it with an appropriate cap. Lubrication has to be frequently repeated. 128

3 Rodillos de levas Stud type track rollers Rodillos de levas con excéntrica Los rodillos de levas con excéntrica pueden ser ajustados fácilmente respecto a los caminos de rodadura, además cuando se montan varios rodillos de levas se logra distribuir uniformemente la carga. El rodillo se puede fácilmente girar hasta lograr la excentricidad, gracias a la ranura presente en la superficie lateral del rodillo (vér dimensión "e" en las siguientes tablas. Todos los rodillos de levas están ya lubricados y prevén un orificio para la relubricación en la superficie lateral del rodillo. Los únicos rodillos de levas que no permiten la relubricación del vástago son los excéntricos porque el anillo excéntrico impide el pasaje del líquido lubricante.
