He has transformed our existence and it has sown the seed of hope. For this reason, the man of faith is characterized by courage. The faithful knows that God loves life to the point of having made the gift of a life that never ends. Always remember: eternal life is a continuity of existence in faith. The Christian has a certainty: God raised His Son Jesus. This, his Son has given to truth, justice and love, triumphs over the power of death. Anyone who joins this battle of Jesus Christ, by faith, will participate in his victory. Here the perspective of hope opens. Faith in the resurrection is the source of courage and the ability to maintain firmness until death if necessary. Since it is believed in the resurrection, the tasks of the world find a new meaning. This faith is so deep that gives us a scale of values and loyalties. After all, the Maccabees are men full of fidelity. It is a good reason to insist on the values that requires the Christian life: to believe in life, in the possibility of rebuilding, in righteousness, in the maintenance of convictions... because we believe in life, love, struggles, happiness is sought, it seeks to shy away from mediocrity, we see all that is human. Indeed, the life of the man of faith makes sense from a full life, initiated and now, in which each walks with own responsibility.

4 Page 4 Sunday XXXII in Ordinary Time November 6, 2016 DOMINGO XXXII DEL TIEMPO ORDINARIO El Dios cristiano es el Dios de la vida y de la alegría. Él ha transformado nuestra existencia y ha sembrado en ella la semilla de la esperanza. Por este motivo, el hombre de fe se caracteriza por su valentía. El fiel sabe que Dios ama la vida hasta el punto de haberla hecho el don de una existencia que no termina nunca. Recordémoslo siempre: la vida eterna es una continuidad del existir en la fe. El cristiano dispone de una certeza: Dios ha resucitado a su Hijo Jesús. Este, su Hijo se ha entregado a la verdad, a la justicia y al amor, triunfa del dominio de la muerte. Todo aquél que se une a este combate de Jesucristo, por la fe, participará de su victoria. Aquí se abre la perspectiva de la esperanza. La fe en la resurrección es la fuente de la valentía y de la capacidad de mantener la firmeza hasta la muerte si es necesario. Puesto que se cree en la resurrección, las tareas del mundo encuentran un nuevo sentido. Esta fe es tan profunda que nos da una escala de valores y fidelidades. A fin de cuentas, los macabeos son hombres llenos de fidelidad. Buen motivo éste para insistir en los valores que requiere la vida cristiana: creer en la vida, en la posibilidad de reconstruirla, en la rectitud, en el mantenimiento de unas convicciones... Porque se cree en la vida, se ama, se lucha, se busca la alegría, se procura rehuir de la mediocridad, se aprecia todo lo que es humano. En efecto, la vida del hombre de fe adquiere sentido a partir de una vida plena, iniciada ya ahora, en la que cada uno camina con propia responsabilidad.
