Informationen zu dieser Benutzeranleitung Der Zweck dieser Betriebsanleitung ist es, die Kommunikation über GSM/GPRS zu beschreiben und die entsprechenden Informationen über das gesamte Kommunikationszubehör bereitzustellen Adressaten Dieses Dokument richtet sich an qualifiziertes Personal. Als Mindestanforderung an qualifiziertes Personal im Sinne dieser Betriebsanleitung wird die Einhaltung sämtlicher für die Installation und den Betrieb dieses Geräts geltenden Normen, Richtlinien und Gesetze bezüglich der Arbeitssicherheit betrachtet. Die Verantwortung für die Zuweisung des qualifizierten Personals trägt das Unternehmen, dem dieses Personal angehört. Es hat hierbei zu entscheiden, welcher Arbeiter jeweils zur Durchführung der Arbeiten ohne Gefährdung seiner eigenen Sicherheit sowie unter Einhaltung der Gesetze zur Arbeitssicherheit befähigt ist. Beschreibung der Kommunikation Die Wechselrichter von Ingeteam können über das Netz GSM/GPRS mit einem PC und durch die Verwendung des jeweiligen Zubehörs eine Fernkommunikation aufbauen Übersicht Die zusammengeschalteten Geräte, die mit dem Modem verbunden sind, verhalten sich wie Slaves und bedienen den PC, der an das Netz der Anlage über Fernanschluss verbunden ist. Die Verständigung erfolgt per Fernkommunikation, welche mit einem oder mehreren INGECON Geräten über einen Remote-PC vorgenommen wird. Der PC übernimmt die Überwachung und die Konfiguration der Geräte. Des Weiteren kann die Kommunikation der Geräte über einen PC auf lokaler Ebene erfolgen. Medienkonverter In einem typischen GPRS-Kommunikationssystem ist eines der Geräte mit einem GPRS-Modem ausgestattet und der Zugriff erfolgt über einen Remote-PC. AAX2013IQM02_ - Benutzeranleitung 7

8 Ingeteam Beschreibung der Kommunikation Der Zugriff auf den Master des Busses erfolgt über das Modem, welches die Anfragen von und zu dem Remote-PC übermittelt. Es empfiehlt sich, die Länge der RS-485 Verkabelung von dem Medienkonverter zu dem INGECON Gerät mit Modem zu reduzieren. Bei einer Bus-Topologie ist es sinnvoll, die Master-Einheit in der Mitte des Busses anzuordnen, damit sein Signal mit größtmöglicher Intensität möglichst viele Slaves erreicht. Wenn keine aktive GPRS-Kommunikation vorhanden ist, kann der Master des Busses ein lokaler PC sein Lokale Kommunikation Bei einer Gruppe von zwischengeschalteten Wechselrichtern muss die Kommunikation eines lokalen PCs mit Geräten über einen spezifischen Anschluss des verwendeten Modems, erfolgen. Bei zeitgleicher Kommunikation wird die Kommunikation der Telefonverbindung in Bezug auf die Übertragung mit dem PC bevorzugt behandelt, da das Modem ein Relais besitzt, das die Verbindung mit dem Anschluss für die lokale Kommunikation öffnet Fernkommunikation Es empfiehlt sich, die korrekte Funktionsweise der lokalen Kommunikation sicherzustellen, bevor die Installation der Fernkommunikation erfolgt. Die GPRS-Kommunikation erfolgt über die Kommunikationsnetze der Mobilnetzbetreiber. Der Zugriff auf diese Netze erfolgt durch einen Dienst, der kundenseitig bereitgestellt werden muss. Ebenso muss die Netzwerkabdeckung in der Installation sichergestellt sein. Die Tarife M2M (Machine 2 Machine) sind passend für Vorrichtungen die, wie die Modems in den INGECON Geräten, ständig mit dem Netz verbunden sein müssen, aber einen geringen Datenverkehr aufweisen. Im Rahmen dieser Tarife berechnet jeder Betreiber die GPRS-Kommunikation gemäß der eigenen Kriterien, wie Berechnung nach Datenvolumen, nach Verbindungszeit oder auch nach beiden Kriterien. Aus genannten Gründen und um unangenehme Überraschungen zu vermeiden, empfiehlt es sich, den Verbrauch während der ersten Tage nach der Installation einer solchen Kommunikation zu beobachten. Alternativ ist es möglich die GPRS-Kommunikation bei einem Modem zu deaktivieren, sodass es die Funktionsweise eines GSM Modems annimmt. Das zu verwendende Kommunikationszubehör ist das Gleiche. Ein entgangener Anruf von einem Telefon reicht aus, damit sich das Modem mit GPRS verbindet und für die folgende Stunde verbunden bleibt. Nach einer Stunde stellt es sich auf GSM-Modus. Die Modems für INGECON verfügen serienmäßig über die APN-Parameter (APNSERV; APNUN und APNPW), die zur M2M-Kommunikationen mit den Hauptmobilnetzbetreibern in Spanien, Frankreich und Italien nötig sind. Außerdem ist die Einrichtung von personalisierten APN-Parametern möglich, sodass die Arbeit mit neuen Betreibern oder VPN-Diensten ermöglicht wird. Wenn die Antenne über einen Überführungsdraht verfügt, muss die metallische Einheit mit einem Isolator bedeckt werden, um elektrischen Kontakt mit den anderen aktiven Einheiten des Systems zu vermeiden Wechselrichterkennzeichnung Es ist unbedingt notwendig alle Wechselrichter des Busses RS-485 einzeln und eindeutig zu identifizieren. Einzelheiten zur Festlegung der Knotennummer eines Wechselrichters können im jeweiligen Installationshandbuch des Gerätes nachgelesen werden Zertifizierung Die Zertifizierung stellt den Prozess dar, bei dem mithilfe einer standardisierten Methode zur Messung des Wirkungsgrads die Übertragungsleistung eines installierten Kabelsystems mit einem vorgegebenen Standard verglichen wird. 8 AAX2013IQM02_ - Benutzeranleitung

9 Beschreibung der Kommunikation Ingeteam Die Zertifizierung eines Kabelsystems zeigt die Qualität der Komponenten und der Installation. Ingeteam erstellt die notwendige Zertifizierung der Datenkabelführung Inhalt des Zubehörs Das Kommunikationszubehör teilt sich folgendermaßen auf: Kommunikationskarte: Hardware zum Senden und Empfangen von Daten. Bausatz: Kommunikationskarteneinheit und weitere notwendige Elemente (Stecker, Kabel usw.) zur Kommunikation über GSM/GPRS. Das Handbuch des Gerätes, in dem das Kommunikationszubehör installiert wird, gründlich lesen. Zubehör für die Kommunikation über GSM/GPRS Netz In diesem Kapitel wird das verfügbare Zubehör zur Kommunikation über GSM/GPRS-Netz beschrieben Bausätze Die nachfolgende Tabelle stellt die Kommunikationskarte eines jeden Bausatzes dar. Bausatz AAX7001 AAX7022 Kommunikationskarten AAX0001 AAX0001 Das Installationshandbuch des Gerätes gründlich durchlesen, um den Anschluss des Bausatzes durchzuführen. Kommunikationskarten für weitere Informationen zur Funktionsweise der entsprechenden Kommunikationskarten Kommunikationskarten AAX0001 In diesem Kapitel werden die allgemeinen Merkmale der Karte AAX0001 definiert. JP2 J3 J4 AAX0001 Diese Karte besteht aus einer Hauptplatine mit aufgesetzter GPRS-Modemkarte, der zugehörigen Antenne mit ihrem Kabel und LED-Statusanzeige. Die Antenne hat einen Magnetfuß zur Befestigung. Die nicht enthaltene SIM-Karte muss von ihrem PIN-Zugangscode befreit sein. Die Leitungsanschlüsse und ihre Anschlussklemmen werden im Folgenden aufgeführt. Die Klemme J3 wir für die Verbindung mit einem lokalen PC verwendet (siehe Abschnitt Lokale Kommunikation ). 12 Ingeteam Zubehör für die Kommunikation über GSM/GPRS Netz Die Klemme J4 ermöglicht die Verbindung des Gerätes mit einem RS-485 Bus, damit die Kommunikation mit weiteren Geräten in Kabelnähe erfolgen kann. Stift Signal 1 RS-485 B(+) 2 RS-485 A(-) 3 Abschirmung* 4 GND * Klemme zur Anschlusserleichterung. Bei der dargestellten Steckbrücke JP2 handelt es sich um den Abschlusswiderstand des RS-485-Busses. Diese Steckbrücke muss im jeweiligen Wechselrichter, der als Leitungsabschluss betrachtet wird, geschlossen sein. Weitere Informationen über die Verkabelung RS-485 können in der Anleitung des Kommunikationszubehörs RS-485 nachgelesen werden. Status-LEDs Zur korrekten Synchronisation des Modems ist das Vorhandensein eines Wechselrichters 01 in dem Bus RS-485 notwendig. Die LEDs zeigen die Betriebsmodi und den Modemstatus an. Konfiguration des Modems in INGECON SUN Manager Zugriff auf die Software INGECON SUN Manager zur Konfiguration von GSM/GPRS und zur Konfiguration der Berichte und Alarme, die das Modem per SMS (Kurznachrichten über Mobilfunk) informiert. Die Berichte werden täglich, wöchentlich oder monatlich erstellt. Sie enthalten die Daten der Energieerzeugung der jeweiligen Periode. Die Alarme benachrichtigen über Störungen der Geräte zum Zeitpunkt ihres Auftretens. Das Modem kann Alarme per SMS an vier Mobiltelefone verschicken. Für jedes einzelne Telefon werden die Regelmäßigkeit der Berichte und der übermittelte Alarmtyp ausgewählt. Der Vorgehensweise bei der Software INGECON SUN Manager folgen: 1. Verbindung zur Anlage herstellen, in der sich das Modem befindet (siehe Abschnitt 5.1. Kommunikation über GPRS für weitere Informationen über den Anschluss eines Remote-PCs). 2. Rechter Mausklick auf der ausgewählten Anlage und Modem Konfiguration wählen. 3. Lesen auswählen. 4. Die nötigen Parameter konfigurieren. AAX2013IQM02_ - Benutzeranleitung 13

Verbindung des lokalen PC Da die PCs nicht mit dem RS-485 ausgestattet sind, ist ein Konverter zur Verbindung mit dem Bus, der von den Geräten gebildet wird, notwendig. Die von Ingeteam gelieferten Konverter werden in der Anleitung des Kommunikationszubehörs RS-485 dargestellt. Die im Folgenden angeführten Anweisungen zur Verbindung des lokalen PCs befolgen. 1. Verbindung mit der seriellen PC-Schnittstelle. 2. Zugriff auf die Software INGECON SUN Manager und im rechten Feld der Kommunikationseinstellungen COM als Kommunikationsmittel wählen. 3. Description of the communication It is possible for the Ingeteam inverters to establish remote communication via the GSM/GPRS network with a PC using the corresponding accessories Overview The interconnected units with connection to the modem will behave as slaves and attend to the PC connected remotely to plant network. Remote communication is understood to be that which is done with one or more INGECON units from a remote PC. The PC shall be responsible for supervising and configuring the units. 20 Ingeteam Description of the communication The master of the bus is accessed from the modem, which is responsible for transmitting the orders to and from the remote PC. It is advisable to minimise the length of the RS-485 wiring from the measurement converter to the INGECON unit equipped with the modem. In addition, in a bus topology, the master should remain at the centre of the bus for its signal to arrive as strongly as possible to the highest number of slaves. When there is no active GPRS communication, the master of the bus may be a Local PC Local communication In a group of interconnected inverters, the communication of a Local PC with the units must be through a specific connector of the modem itself. In the case of simultaneous communication, telephone communication has priority with respect to communication with the PC, as the modem incorporates a relay which opens the connection in the connector for local communication Remote communication We recommend you ensure that the local communication is functioning correctly before connecting the installation of the remote communications. GPRS communication is made via the communications networks of the mobile phone operators. Access to these networks is a service which must be contracted by the customer. In addition, it must be ensured that there is network coverage at the installation. The M2M (Machine-2-Machine) rates are suitable for devices that, like the modem in the INGECON units, are permanently connected to the network but have very low data traffic. Apart from these tariffs, each operator invoices the GPRS communication according to its own criteria; there are those that bill by volume of data, connection time, or even both. For the above reason and to avoid unpleasant surprises, we advise you to monitor the consumption for the first days after the installation of a communication of this type. Alternatively, it is possible to disable the GPRS communication in a modem, and it will then behave as a GSM modem. The communications accessory to use is the same. It will be sufficient to make a missed call from a telephone for the modem to connect to GPRS and wait for a connection during the following hour. After an hour, it will return to GSM mode. Modems for INGECON are factory-set with the APN parameters (APNSERV, APNUN and APNPW) necessary for M2M communications with the main mobile phone operators in Spain, France and Italy. In addition, it is possible to establish customised APN parameters, which will enable you to work with new operators or VPN network services. If the antenna has a hose, cover the metal joint with insulation to prevent electric contact with live parts of the system Identifying inverters It is absolutely essential to identify each and every one of the inverters of the RS-485 bus univocally. To establish the node number of an inverter, consult the installation manual of the corresponding unit Certification Certification is the process used to compare the transmission performance of a system of wiring installed with a certain standard using a procedure defined by the standard to measure this performance. The certification of a wiring system attests to the quality of the components and the installation. Accessories for communication via GSM/GPRS Throughout this section there are descriptions of the accessories available for communication via GSM/GPRS Kits The following table shows the communications card associated with each kit. The antenna has a magnetic base to secure it. The SIM card, which is not included, must not have an access PIN code. The aerial connectors and their connection terminals are those listed below. Configuration of the modem in INGECON SUN Manager Access the INGECON SUN Manager software to configure GSM/GPRS and the reports and alarms that the modem can send by SMS (short text messages by mobile phone). The reports are generated daily, weekly or monthly. They contain the energy production data for that period. The alarms warn of incidents in the installation at the moment they occur. The modem can send alarms by SMS to four mobile telephones. For each of the destination telephone numbers the frequency of the reports and the type of alarms that will be communicated can be selected. Follow these steps in the INGECON SUN Manager programme: 1. Connect with the plant where the modem is located (consult section 5.1. Communication via GPRS for information on connecting the remote PC). 2. Right-click on the plant selected and click on Modem Configuration. 3. Click on Read. 4. Configure the necessary parameters. Connection of the local PC As PCs do not incorporate RS-485 ports, some kind of converter is needed to be able to connect the PC to the bus formed by the units. The converters supplied by Ingeteam are explained in detail in the Accessories for communication via RS-485 manual. Follow the steps indicated below to connect the local PC. 1. Connect to the serial port of the PC. 2. Open the INGECON SUN Manager software on the PC and in the right-hand communication configuration panel select COM as the means of communication. 3. Descripción de la comunicación Los inversores de Ingeteam tienen la posibilidad de establecer comunicación remota vía red GSM/GPRS con un PC mediante el uso de los accesorios correspondientes Visión general Los equipos interconectados con conexión al módem se comportarán como esclavos y atenderán al PC conectado remotamente a la red de la planta. Entendiéndose por comunicación remota aquella que se realiza con uno o varios equipos INGECON desde un PC remoto. El PC será el encargado de la supervisión y de la configuración de los equipos. Asimismo, se podrá establecer comunicación con los equipos mediante un PC colocado a nivel local. 32 Ingeteam Descripción de la comunicación El acceso al maestro del bus se realiza desde el módem, que se encarga de transmitir las peticiones desde y hasta el PC remoto. Se recomienda minimizar la longitud de cableado RS-485 desde el convertidor de medios hasta el equipo INGECON equipado con el módem. En una topología en bus, es recomendable, además, que el maestro quede en el centro del bus para que su señal llegue con la mayor fuerza posible al mayor número de esclavos. Cuando no hay una comunicación GPRS activa, el maestro del bus puede ser un PC local Comunicación local En un grupo de inversores interconectados, la comunicación de un PC local con los equipos ha de hacerse a través de un conector específico del propio módem empleado. En caso de comunicación simultánea, la comunicación telefónica tiene prioridad respecto a la comunicación con el PC, ya que el módem incorpora un relé que abre la conexión en el conector para comunicación local Comunicación remota Se recomienda asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la comunicación local antes de acometer la instalación de la comunicación remota. La comunicación GPRS se realiza a través de las redes de comunicaciones de los operadores de telefonía móvil. El acceso a dichas redes es un servicio que deberá ser contratado por el cliente. Así mismo, se deberá asegurar de la existencia de cobertura de red en la instalación. Las tarifas M2M (Machine 2 Machine) son adecuadas para dispositivos que, como los módems en los equipos INGECON, están permanentemente conectados a la red pero presentan un tráfico muy reducido de datos. Al margen de dichas tarifas, cada operador factura la comunicación GPRS siguiendo su propio criterio, habiendo quien factura por volumen de datos, por tiempo de conexión, o incluso por ambos. Por el motivo anterior y para evitar sorpresas desagradables, se aconseja vigilar el consumo durante los primeros días posteriores a la instalación de una comunicación de este tipo. Alternativamente, es posible desactivar la comunicación GPRS en un módem, y pasará a comportarse como un módem GSM. El accesorio de comunicaciones a utilizar es el mismo. Bastará una llamada perdida desde un teléfono para que el módem se conecte a GPRS y espere una conexión durante la hora siguiente. Pasada una hora, volverá al modo GSM. Los módems para INGECON incorporan de fábrica los parámetros APN (APNSERV, APNUN y APNPW) necesarios para comunicaciones M2M con los principales operadores de telefonía móvil en España, Francia e Italia. Además, es posible establecer unos parámetros APN personalizados, lo que permite trabajar con nuevos operadores o servicios de red VPN. Si la antena incorpora un latiguillo, cubrir con un aislante la unión metálica para evitar su contacto eléctrico con partes activas del sistema Identificación de los inversores Es absolutamente necesario identificar a todos y cada uno de los inversores del bus RS-485 de forma unívoca. Para establecer el número de nodo de un inversor consultar el manual de instalación del equipo correspondiente Certificación La certificación es el proceso mediante el cual se compara el rendimiento de transmisión de un sistema de cableado instalado con un estándar determinado, empleando un método definido por el estándar para medir dicho rendimiento. 32 AAX2013IQM02_ - Manual de Usuario

Accesorios para comunicación vía GSM/GPRS A lo largo de este capítulo se hace una descripción de los accesorios disponibles para la comunicación vía red GSM/GPRS Kits La siguiente tabla muestra la tarjeta de comunicaciones asociada a cada kit. Configuración del módem en INGECON SUN Manager Acceder al software INGECON SUN Manager para la configuración GSM/GPRS y la configuración de los informes y las alarmas que el módem puede enviar por SMS (mensajes de texto cortos por telefonía móvil). Los informes se generan con periodicidad diaria, semanal o mensual. Contienen el dato de la producción de energía de ese período. Las alarmas visan sobre incidencias en la instalación en el momento en que ocurren. El módem puede enviar alarmas por SMS a cuatro teléfonos móviles. Para cada uno de los teléfonos de destino se selecciona la periodicidad de los informes y el tipo de alarmas que serán comunicadas. Seguir las siguientes pautas en el software INGECON SUN Manager: 1. Conectar con la planta en la que se encuentre el módem (consultar el apartado 5.1. Comunicación vía GPRS para obtener información acerca de la conexión del PC remoto). 2. Hacer clic con el botón derecho del ratón sobre la planta seleccionada y pulsar en Configuración del Módem. 3. Pulsar en Leer. 4. Configurar los parámetros necesarios.
