If you select "I DECLINE then this will end your process and your background will not be submitted for processing. After making your selection click NEXT. 14 COMPLETION SCREEN - The process has now been successfully completed. Please click on the "Schedule Drug Test" button at the bottom of this screen before logging out. Failure to schedule a Drug Test may result in White Lodging revoking the conditional offer of employment. To logout of the application you only need to close your window. If you need to access any of the forms to which you consented, you may log back in using the same link and credentials previously used for the next 60 days. El proceso se ha completado con éxito.
