The price of a prescription drug is often different at different pharmacies. You may wish to compare prices among pharmacies before making your purchase. The pharmacist may be able to substitute a less expensive drug that is therapeutically equivalent to the one prescribed by your doctor, unless you or your doctor indicate that you do not want the drug substituted. The current price for any prescription drug dispensed by this pharmacy must be made available and quoted to you upon request. You may obtain this information by request made in person, in writing, or by telephone. You will need to identify the drug by name, the strength (if applicable), and the quantity prescribed by your doctor. If your doctor's prescription requires that you use a specific brand-name drug, your price for that drug may be higher than for a generic equivalent of that drug. The pharmacist may be able to substitute a less expensive drug which is therapeutically equivalent to the one prescribed by your doctor, unless you or your doctor indicate that you do not want the drug substituted. This listing contains the current selling price by this pharmacy for the 100 most commonly prescribed prescription drugs. To use this list, look for the name of the drug product prescribed by your doctor. If it is on the list, you will find the prices for two commonly prescribed quantities. If the drug product you are looking for is not on the list, you may ask the pharmacist to tell you the current selling price for your drug. The current prices for all prescription drugs dispensed by this pharmacy, including those not required to be shown on this list, must be made available and quoted to you upon request. You will need to identify the drug by name, the strength (if applicable), and the quantity prescribed by your doctor. You may obtain this information by request made in person, in writing, or by telephone. Please be aware that if your doctor's prescription requires that you use a specific brand-name drug, your price for that drug may be higher than for a generic equivalent.
