Call names of patients in folders in order as the doctor becomes available. SECOND VISIT OF GREEN PATIENT When someone comes back for their second visit, they will have a green card from the Lab. Have them sign in and pull their original intake form out and place form and card in a folder and place at the bottom of the pile of folders to be seen by the doctor. Hand the patient the green English questionnaire and have them take a seat until their name is called.
