Imagen 1 Imagen 2 Comience desinstalando las tapas laterales del carenaje de la moto, retirando con cuidado los tornillos originales y los pines plásticos, guardelos cuidadosamente para volver a ponerlos en su lugar original despues de instalar el soporte. Retirar con cuidado el conector de la direccional despinando su palanca plastica con ayuda de un destornillador de pala pequeño. Imagen 5 Imagen 6 Una vez retiradas las tapas laterales ubicar el soporte general en el sub-chasis tubular debajo de la farola, la manera ideal de ubicarlo es preinstalando el Kit A Agarre tubular Como se ve en la Imagen 5 y 6. Imagen 7 Ubicar el par de tornillos del conjunto TC1 en las sujeciones superiores del soporte principal y con ayuda de una llave hexagona y una boca fija proceda a semi-apretar como se ve en las Imagenes 7 y 8, use loctite de dureza media (trabaroscas) para estas sujeciones, Después de tener todas las sujeciones del soporte principal semi instaladas, proceda a apretarlas de manera equilibrada como se ve en la Imagen 9 y 10. Imagen 8 Nota: Recuerde que el KIi de agarre de tuberia, contiene Tornillos de Carreaje, que se presionan hacia arriba para que no se giren, y sólo con una llave boca fija se aprietan las 4 sujeciones. Para instalar las Bases de giro con el Kit B, observe el esquema *Detalle de Instalación, Con ayuda de una llave boca fija y una llave hexagona ensamble los conjuntos al soporte principal, recuerde que puede graduar la ubicacion de sus exploradoras conforme a su gusto. Fog Lights Mounting Bracket Instructions KAWASAKI VERSYS 650 2015 Note: Do not tighten all the screws until the drill holes are completely aligned with all the fixing points. Before installing this procuct, read all the instructions and indentify if there are any missing parts. Image 1 Start by uninstalling the fairing side covers of the bike, carefully removing the original screws and plastic pins, store them carefully in order to put them back in their original place after installing the mounting Bracket. Image 2 Carefully remove the turn light connector by moving the plastic lever using a small flat screwdriver blade. Image 5 Image 6 After removing the side covers place the main bracket on the tubular sub-frame under the headlight, the ideal way to locate it is by pre-installing the A Kit (Frame Clamp) As seen in the images 5 and 6. Image 7 Locate the pair of TC1 screws kit on the upper fastenings of the main bracket and using an hex allen and a fixed wrench proceed to semi-tighten it as seen in the image 7 and 8. Use medium strenght Loctite (Threadlocker) for these brackets. After having all the brackets installed on the main one, proceed to tighten all the screws evenly as shown in the images 9 and 10. Image 8 Note: Remember that the Frame Clamp kit contains carriage bolts, which are pressed upwards so they do not rotate, only one fixed wrench is enough to To install the "Pivot Plates" with the B Kit, watch the squeme *Installation Detail (Page 1). Using an allen hex key and a fixed wrench assembly the kits to the Main Bracket, remember it s possible to graduate the pivot angle of the fog lights according to your needs.
