V. 16.704.496 Año: 2007 El mundo de la economía ha venido evolucionando hacia una globalización de las relaciones comerciales. En ese proceso, la gerencia de las organizaciones empresariales ha estado sometida a fuertes presiones y han tenido que adaptarse sobre la marcha a los cambios que se operan de manera cotidiana Por un lado, el entorno le ha proporcionado un conjunto de oportunidades que han tenido que aprovechar pero, a la vez, han tenido una variada gama de amenazas que les ha inducido a operar cambios en los métodos y estrategias para continuar en el mercado con posibilidades de triunfar. Dentro de las estrategias de negocio que, en la actualidad, responden a la tendencia del mercado se encuentra la CRM, es decir, la Customer Relationship Management, la cual se encontraba inserta en la filosofía de la calidad del servicio al cliente, y que responde hoy día, de manera adecuada a empresas que en forma particular como son los hoteles, presenten deficiencias en cuanto al área de los recursos humanos, la integración de la empresa al cliente y la mejora de la calidad del servicio prestado.
De acuerdo a la disminución de clientes y, esencialmente, a la insatisfacción expresada por éstos, lo cual se corroboró en el análisis de resultados de la investigación realizada para el presente estudio, el Best Western Hotel CCT debe resolver esta situación, para lo cual la estrategia CRM responde adecuadamente a tales fines. Por estas razones, en este trabajo como objetivo general se determinó los lineamientos de un sistema de CRM (Customer Relationship Management) en función a la satisfacción del cliente del Best Western Hotel CCT. Buscarle soluciones a estos problemas que presenta la organización empresarial, particularmente, en áreas vitales como lo son los servicios de alojamiento, restaurante, bar y, en especial, la recepción que es el primer contacto directo del consumidor con la empresa, es prioritario si desea la directiva que el Best Western Hotel CCT permanezca en el tiempo en condiciones de crecimiento y posicionamiento del mercado. Las razones expuestas resaltan la importancia del presente trabajo realizado por lo que su justificación es evidente. Este estudio se encuentra enmarcado dentro del desarrollo de un proyecto descriptivo, por ello se conjugan las investigaciones de tipo documental y de campo. En tal sentido, no solamente se observó sino que, también, se recolectaron de manera directa datos de la realidad investigada los cuales, luego, fueron analizados e interpretados. Para la recaudación de la información directa se efectuaron encuestas a los empleados y clientes así como entrevistas a siete gerentes del Best Western Hotel C.C.T. De estos análisis se llegó a la conclusión que existe debilidad en los programas de capacitación y desarrollo del personal, igualmente en los sistemas de apoyo y de integración de la empresa, para lo cual se plantean lineamientos dirigidos a la empresa como tal y a los empleados, con lo cual se espera sean tomados en cuenta por la gerencia y mejorar el servicio prestado por el hotel.

In that process, the management of the enterprise organizations been has put under strong pressures and have had to adapt on the march to the changes that operate of daily way. On the one hand, the surroundings have provided him a set of opportunities that they have had to take advantage of but, simultaneously, have had one varied range of threats that it has induced them to operate changes in the methods and strategies to continue in the market with possibilities of prevailing. Within the business strategies that, at the present time, respond to the tendency of the market is the CRM, that is to say, the Customer Relationship Management, which was inserts in the philosophy of the quality of the service the client, and who responds nowadays, in an adapted way to companies like is it the hotels, that display deficiencies as far as the area of the human resources, the integration of the company to the client and the improvement of the service s quality.
According to the diminution of clients and, essentially, to the dissatisfaction expressed by these, which was corroborated in the analysis of results of the investigation made for the present study, the Best Western Hotel CCT must solve this situation, for which the CRM strategy responds to such aims suitably. For these reasons, in this work as general mission determined, the strategies of a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) in function to the satisfaction of the client of the Best Western Hotel CCT. To look for solutions to these problems that the enterprise organization displays, particularly, in vital areas like the services of lodging, restaurant, bar and, in special, the reception who is the first direct bonding of the consumer with the company, is high-priority if the director s board wishes the Best Western Hotel CCT to remain in time in conditions of growth and positioning of the market. The exposed reasons emphasize the importance of the present made work, reason why its justification is evident. This study is framed within the development of a descriptive project, for that reason the investigations of documentary type and field are conjugated. In such sense, it was not only observed but, also, the data was collected directly from investigated reality, which, soon, was analyzed and interpreted. For the collection of the direct information surveys were made to the employees and clients as well as interviews to seven managers of the Best Western Hotel C.C.T. From these analyses one reached the conclusion that exists weakness in the qualification programs and development of the personnel, also in the systems of support and integration of the company for which the strategies are directed to the company like so, and the employees with which it is expected are taken into account by the management and to improve the service by the hotel.
