Transporte incluido. 02 Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be payable prior to delivery of the lamps. Salvo acuerdo escrito contrario los pedidos se abonarán previamente a la entrega de las lámparas. 0 No claims will be accepted after six days from the receipt of goods by the purchaser. No se aceptan reclamaciones después de transcurridos seis días desde la recepción de la mercancía. 04 Returns Returns must have previous approval from PARACHILNA s Sales Department. Returns must be in the original packaging and free of all transport costs. No return of goods can be accepted without written agreement from PARACHILNA. After acceptance, the goods should be carefully packed and returned to PARACHILNA. In the event that no defect or fault attributable to PARACHILNA, will return a maximum of 75% of amount billed. No returns will be authorized for any special manufactured product or stocked. Devoluciones Cualquier devolución de mercancía debe estar autorizada por el departamento comercial de PARACHILNA,S.A. Dicha mercancía deberá ser remitida en su embalaje original, indicando en el albarán de entrega la causa de la devolución autorizada. De no cumplir estas condiciones, nuestro almacén se verá obligado a rechazar la mercancía. Ninguna devolución de material podrá ser aceptada sin acuerdo escrito preliminar de nuestra parte. Tras la aceptación, las mercancías deberán ser cuidadosamente embaladas y devueltas a PARACHILNA. En el caso de que no haya defecto o falta imputable a PARACHILNA, se devolverá un máximo del 75% del importe facturado. Ninguna devolución será autorizada para el material de fabricación especial o descatalogado. 05 PARACHILNA reserves the right to cancel, modify or improve any model in the catalogue without prior notice. PARACHILNA, S.A. se reserva el derecho de suprimir en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso productos de su catálogo, así mismo de introducir en sus modelos cuantas modificaciones considere necesarias. 06 Transport terms PARACHILNA always recommends: - Check at the unloading of the goods the state and the amount of packages. Open them if necessary in the presence of the package carrier. - Note carefully any impact on the delivery note specifying the nature and extent of the damage. - Confirm the carrier this effect by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three working days after the delivery. A copy of this letter should be sent to PARACHILNA the day of shipment. The non-examination of these procedures will prevent a successful claim to the carrier and insures PARACHILNA are not held liable. Transporte Nuestras mercancías viajan siempre bajo la responsabilidad del destinatario cualquiera que sea el modo de transporte elegido. PARACHILNA recomienda: - Verificar al recibir la mercancía el estado y la cantidad de los bultos, abriendo si es preciso en presencia del transportista todo paquete. - Anotar cuidadosamente en el albarán cualquier incidencia, especificando la naturaleza y la importancia de los daños. - Confirmar al transportista esta incidencia mediante carta certificada con acuse de recibo en un plazo de tres días laborales después de la recepción. Una copia de dicha carta deberá ser enviada a PARACHILNA el mismo día de su envío. La inobservancia de estos trámites impide el éxito en la reclamación al transportista quedando PARACHILNA exento de toda responsabilidad. 07 Reservation of ownership The goods delivered to the buyer remain the property of PARACHILNA until full payment of the purchase price. If payment of the goods are not completed at the agreed date, the goods may be recovered by PARACHILNA. The transport costs and return of the goods are paid by the client without prejudice with a penalty clause of 15% applicable in all cases. Reserva de propiedad Las mercancías suministradas al comprador siguen siendo propiedad de PARACHILNA hasta el pago íntegro del precio de venta. En caso de impago de las mercancías en la fecha convenida, podrán ser recuperadas por PARACHILNA. Los gastos de transporte y de devolución van a cargo del comprador sin prejuicio de una cláusula de penalización del 15% aplicable en todos los casos.
