NUESTRA TRAYECTORIA OUR HISTORY 929 20 SalfaCorp se constituyó en Chile, en el año 929, bajo el nombre de Salinas y Fabres Hermanos Ltda., abarcando el área de negocios de Ingeniería y Construcción. Comenzó con la ejecución de importantes obras de valor patrimonial, como el Estadio Nacional (938), el Templo Votivo de Maipú (946) y la Clínica Santa María (958), entre otras. Entre las décadas del 50 y 80 la Compañía acentuó su desarrollo, a través de una especialización cada vez mayor de las áreas que la componían, hasta concretar, en 993, la apertura de la empresa de Montajes Industriales Salfa S.A., convirtiéndose en uno de los actores más destacados de esa industria. En línea con este crecimiento, y a medida que se consolidaban sus distintas empresas según especialidad, SalfaCorp obtuvo - en el año 2003 - la certificación internacional ISO 900, distinguiendo el trabajo de las empresas Salfa Construcción, Constructora Salfa, Salfa Montajes y Novatec. En el año 2004, la Compañía se abre a la Bolsa de Valores de Chile, obteniendo recursos suficientes para fortalecer un plan de expansión que contempló, entre otros aspectos, la inversión en terrenos para acelerar el crecimiento del área Inmobiliaria y apoyar el desarrollo de la Unidad de Ingeniería y Construcción. En esta misma década, SalfaCorp adquirió la empresa metalúrgica Revesol S.A., que aporta soluciones integrales a sus clientes en el transporte de material a granel, especialmente en el área minera. Junto a ello, la empresa Salfa Montajes obtuvo las certificaciones internacionales ISO 400 y OHSAS 800, correspondientes a Medioambiente y Salud Ocupacional. Así, SalfaCorp se ubicó como la empresa líder en los mercados de Ingeniería, Construcción e Inmobiliaria, gracias al respaldo y solidez de su gestión, así como al esfuerzo y compromiso de cada uno de sus trabajadores y profesionales. En el año 2007 se concreta la fusión de SalfaCorp con Aconcagua, empresa líder en el mercado Inmobiliario, permitiéndole a SalfaCorp situarse como el conglomerado más importante del sector Construcción e Inmobiliario en Chile. Along with it, the subsidiary Salfa Montajes obtained international certifications ISO 400 and OHSAS 800 related to the Environment and Occupational Health. Ingresó a Perú mediante la total adquisición de las empresas DES & SAL y el 80% de HV Contratistas S.A, donde actualmente cuenta con obras en las áreas de Ingeniería y Construcción, al tiempo que amplía cada vez más su participación en la industria de Montajes e Infraestructura. En el año 2008, a través de la filial de Montaje Industrial, SalfaCorp adquiere una nueva empresa para optimizar su especializada oferta de servicios: Constructora Propuerto Limitada, una firma asociada a la infraestructura portuaria y obras marítimas, representando importantes sinergias para nuestras operaciones actuales. Un año después, la Compañía expande sus servicios, consolidando su área de Infraestructura Vial y Puentes, y en el año 200 aterriza en el mercado colombiano, a través de la formación de una nueva filial en ese país: ConSalfa. En este contexto, la expansión del negocio y los planes de crecimiento llevaron a la Compañía a potenciar el control de sus gestiones y procesos, a través de la implementación del sistema SAP, un software planificador de recursos empresariales que permitirá tener, en línea y de forma actualizada, el control de todas las operaciones del negocio, tanto en Chile como en el exterior.
