En boca voluminoso y bien estructurado, de gran expresividad, dulce y ligeramente picante. Es un aceite equilibrado y elegante tanto en nariz como en boca. Regusto almendrado. Un frutado medio de aceituna fresca, con aromas verdes de hierbas y trigo verde intercalados entre las notas frutales características del arbequino; destaca la almendra, la manzana y el plátano maduro. Su paso por boca es progresivo, con una entrada suave y delicada, un amargo posterior muy ligero y algo mas notable la presencia del picante. Es armónico y el regusto, almendrado. ARBEQUINA TASTING NOTE An exceptional arbequino where the delicacy of the aromas, typical in this variety, mixes with the strength and character of the land of southern Spain. A medium fruity fresh olives, with the aromas of green grasses and wheat interspersed with the fruity notes which are a characteristic of arbequino; almond, apple and ripe banana. As it slides over your tongue, it is at first smooth and delicate, then slightly bitter and light with a notable spicy presence. It is harmonic, with an almond aftertaste. PRODUCTO ORO BAILEN RESERVA FAMILIAR, es un aceite de oliva virgen extra, que se elabora de las aceitunas producidas en las fincas de olivar propiedad de la familia Gálvez González, en las faldas de Sierra Morena, en el norte de la provincia de Jaén. Con unos cuidados estándares de calidad, consolidados y definidos por la dirección técnica de la empresa, ORO BAILEN RESERVA FAMILIAR se obtiene de unas aceitunas cosechadas a principios de noviembre, en un estado de madurez óptimo, que hacen de su fruto un verdadero zumo de aceitunas, con unas características organolépticas muy particulares, destacando sobre otros aceites la intensidad de su frutado y la complejidad de sus aromas; herbáceos y frutales, sobresaliendo en boca, su excepcional equilibrio entre amargo y picante. La recogida y el transporte del fruto desde el campo hasta la almazara, se realiza de manera continuada durante toda la jornada y en cortos periodos de tiempo, gracias a la ubicación de la almazara enclavada en la misma finca. Consiguiendo con esta premura en la manipulación del fruto, la frescura de su aceite. El aceite es extraído en frío, con temperaturas inferiores a 22º y se selecciona para clasificarlo seguidamente en bodega, donde se almacenará durante todo el año, filtrado e inertizado con nitrógeno, para su perfecta conservación, manteniendo de esta manera prácticamente inalteradas las propiedades tanto físico-químicas como organolépticas del producto. PRODUCT ORO BAILEN RESERVA FAMILIAR, is an extra virgin olive oil, which is prepared using olives produced in the olive groves belonging to the Gálvez-González family, located in the foothills of Sierra Morena, the northern mountain range in the province of Jaén. Using standard quality procedures, consolidated and defined by the company s technical management, ORO BAILEN RESERVA FAMILIAR is obtained from olives harvested at the beginning of November, at their optimum point of ripeness, which give the fruit a real oil juice, with some highly special organoleptic characteristics, making it stand out above other oils due to the intensity of its fruity-flavour and the complexity of its aromas; herbaceous and fruity; its exceptional balance between bitter and spicy standing out in the mouth. The fruit is continuously harvested and transported from the groves to the oil mill throughout the day, taking a short period of time, thanks to the location of the oil mill that is sited on the same property. This short time for handling the fruit gives the oil its freshness. Subsequently, the oil is extracted using the cold process, with temperatures below 22º and it is selected for its immediate classification in the warehouse, where it will be stored for an entire year, filtered and made inert using nitrogen, for its perfect preservation, in this way maintaining both the physical-chemical and the organoleptic properties of the product virtually unaltered.
