La mercancía viajará por riesgo del comprador, no existiendo, ninguna indemnización por averías o roturas fortuitas ocasionadas por el transporte, por tanto, la mercancía deberá ser examinada en el momento de entrega. En caso de no conformidad de la misma, el comprador deberá formular sus quejas en el albarán de entrega y confirmarlas después mediante carta certificada dirigida a nuestra empresa en el plazo de 15 días, no admitiéndose ninguna reclamación posterior. La mercancía se entiende entregada en calidad de depósito hasta el pago de la misma. En caso de litigio, ambas partes se someten a la jurisdicción de los Tribunales de Valencia, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderle. Para cualquier modificación o cambio de color, por favor, primero consultar con el fabricante. Los colores del muestrario adjunto son muy aproximados, pero siemtre indicativos, ya que la madera y la chapa natural son materiales fotosensibles, pudiendo cambiar el tono con el tiempo.
