3 KIT COMPOSITION-COMPOSICIÓN DEL KIT Intercom kit for single or multi-family residences. The kit makes it possible to make up to two calls maintaining secrecy of speech, to intercommunicate within two systems and to expand the system up to 4 internal derived circuits. También puede conectarse al kit un derivado de audiointercomunicador ARW0 US. The video receiver is composed of a wall-mounted unit equipped with a receiver and monitor. El videointercomunicador se compone de un aparato de pared equipado con un auricular y monitor. VRW0 US VEPW0 US VPSW0-4V The entry panel is a wall unit characterized by the presence of a single call button able to serve one or two residences, depending on the system configuration. A green LED illuminates the button. A sound confirms a received call. The panel is composed of: - Camera with ± 4 manual angle adjustment both horizontally and vertically, with fixed-focus lens; - Green LED; - Three potentiometers. It is possible to connect the receiver panel to a solenoid lock controlled by an impulse generating equipment or maintained by a continuous flow of current ( V AC or DC 0.5 A). A relay with dry contact is available for connection to a solenoid lock with separate power supply. This consists of an DC/DC converter, which is protected agains overloads and short circuits. This unit is capable of providing power to receivers and entry panel directly from the bus with a single twisted pair. An additional output is provided for any 4 V DC 00 ma auxiliary loads. La placa incluye: - Cámara orientable manualmente, tanto en horizontal como en vertical, en ±4, con objetivo de focal fija; - LED de color verde; - Tres potenciómetros. Es posible conectar a la placa de videointercomunicador una cerradura electrónica de impulsos o continua ( V ca o cc 0,5 A). Hay disponible un contacto libre de un relé para conectar una cerradura electrónica con alimentación separada. Se compone de un convertidor de corriente continua/continua protegido contra sobrecargas y cortocircuitos. La unidad de alimentación es capaz de suministrar alimentación a los derivados internos y a la placa directamente desde el bus con un único par. Está prevista una salida suplementaria para posibles cargas auxiliares 4 V cc 00 ma. Failure to follow the instructions provided above may compromise the unit s safety. The manufacturer declines all liability for any damage as a result of improper, incorrect or unreasonable use. DISPOSAL Do not litter the environment with packing material: make sure it is disposed of according to the regulations in force in the country where the product is used. When the equipment reaches the end of its life cycle, take measures to ensure it is not discarded in the environment. The equipment must be disposed of in compliance with the regulations in force, recycling its component parts wherever possible. Components that qualify as recyclable waste feature the relevant symbol and the material s abbreviation. Atención. Los aparatos deberán destinarse únicamente al uso para el que han sido expresamente concebidos. El incumplimiento de las anteriores instrucciones puede poner en peligro la seguridad del aparato. En cualquier caso, el fabricante no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad por posibles daños derivados de usos impropios, incorrectos o irrazonables. ELIMINACION Comprobar que no se tire al medioambiente el material de empaque, sino que sea eliminado conforme a las normas vigentes en el país donde se utilice el producto. Al final del ciclo de vida del aparato evítese que éste sea tirado al medioambiente. La eliminación del aparato debe efectuarse conforme a las normas vigentes y privilegiando el reciclaje de sus partes componentes. En los componentes, para los cuales está prevista la eliminación con reciclaje, se indican el símbolo y la sigla del material. 4

6 VRW0 US VRW0 US EN - INSTALLATION VRW0 US ES - INSTALACIÓN Fix the bracket directly to the wall (fig. ), or in the built-in box (fig. or 3) using the provided screws and plugs. Avoid excessive tightening of screws on walls that are not perfectly flat. En paredes que no sean perfectamente planas, evite apretar demasiado los tornillos. 3 CN SW AUX AUX CN SW If the cables arrive from a duct outside the wall, run the cable through at the arrows as shown in figure 4. After making the connections (fig. 5), place the receiver on the metal support as shown in figure 6. If the audio handset extension is used, it must be connected before the last video extension. JP (Selection of /SLAVE-video switch of three receivers with simultaneous calls) With more than one simultaneous call monitor - activated by the same call - only one monitor can be a (JP jumper inserted). Jumper JPwill have to be removed in the other monitors (SLAVE mode). JP (selection of intercommunicating system) It is normally supplied inserted thus the receiver is assigned to group A. Remove jumper JP to assigned the receiver to group B. JP3 (call selection) It is normally supplied inserted thus the receiver is assigned to call. Remove jumper JP3 to configure the receiver with to call. Make sure that the jumper in the entry panel is also removed. JP (selección /SLAVE-intercambio de imagen de tres video intercomunicadores automáticos en llamada simultánea) En caso de varios monitores en llamada simultánea, es decir, activados por la misma llamada, solo un monitor podrá ser (puente JP conectado). En los demás monitores será necesario retirar el puente JP (funcionamiento SLAVE). JP (selección del grupo intercomunicador) Normalmente se suministra conectado, por lo que el videointercomunicador está asignado al grupo intercomunicador A. Retire el puente JP si desea configurar el videointercomunicador con el grupo intercomunicador B. JP3 (selección de la llamada) Normalmente se suministra conectado, por lo que el videointercomunicador está asignado a la llamada. Retire el puente JP3 si desea configurar el videointercomunicador con a la llamada. En este caso asegúrese de que también el puente de la placa esté desconectado. 10 VEPW0 US EN - INSTALLATION VEPW0 US ES - INSTALACIÓN Unscrew the blocking screw and remove the plate from the base (fig. ). Remove the cable-grip plate (fig. ). Afloje el tornillo de bloqueo y desmonte la placa de la base (fig. ). Retire el estribo sujeta-cables (fig. ). VEPW0 US ATTENTION. The connection cables must be inserted through the provided cable passages (fig. 3). Fasten the base to the wall using the provided screws and plugs (fig. 4). After making the connections put the cable-grip plate back in place. Before assembling the plate insert the upper part into the head and then tighten blocking screws (fig. 5). ATENCIÓN. All internal panels associated with the same call will ring, but the video communication will only be activated at the internal panel. With more than one simultaneous call monitor - activated by the same call - only one monitor can be a (JP jumper inserted). Jumper JPwill have to be removed in the other monitors (SLAVE mode). A un mismo botón de llamada se puede asociar un máximo de cuatro receptores. Todos los receptores asociados a una misma llamada sonarán, pero la comunicación vídeo solo se activará en el receptor.
