2 About SHARE SHARE is a nationwide community offering support and information to women diagnosed with breast and ovarian cancers and their caregivers. All of our services are free of charge and provided by people who have faced these diseases and are trained to offer support. Our educational programs and webinars are presented by physicians, researchers, and practitioners specializing in breast and ovarian cancer care. Getting to SHARE SHARE s services are offered around NYC, as well as nationally via telephone, videoconference, and webinar (see page 9 for our venue directory). DCIS Support Group For many women DCIS is a confusing diagnosis. In this group, learn how to navigate treatment options and choose what is best for you. 8 CAREGIVER CIRCLE FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS When loved ones are diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer, everyone close to them is affected. SHARE offers a community of support for those helping a family member or friend through cancer treatment. CAREGIVER SUPPORT HELPLINE Speak one-on-one by telephone with a caregiver trained to provide support and information to those caring for a loved one with cancer.
