1 Clases de Computación - Computer Classes Beth Lacey Center Community Support Services 5416 W. 25 th Street en Cicero IL Clase (Class): Lo Básico y Intermedio de la Computación Una serie de cuatro (4) clases donde aprenderás como usar una computadora y aumente sus habilidades de computación. Computer Basics A series of four (4) classes where you will learn to use a computer and increase your computer abilities. Primera Sesión (First Session): 14 de Noviembre del 2011/ Nov. 14, 2011 Horario (Hours): Cost (Cost): $5.00 (Español) Monday/Lunes 6:00 pm 9:00 pm 11/14 11/21 11/28 12/5 (Español) Friday/Viernes 9:30 am 12:30 pm 11/18 12/2 12/9 12/16 (English) Saturday/Sábado 9:30 am 12:30 pm 11/19 11/26 12/3 12/10 Inscripciones (Registration): Durante el 10 de Noviembre a las 6-8pm y el 12 de Noviembre a las 10am-1pm, puede conocer el maestro y inscribirse. 5 Assistive Technology (AT): the ipad Tuesday, November 15, 2011 Beth Lacey Center 5416 W. 25th Street Cicero IL 9:30 11:30 am. This workshop will be provided in English with interpretation in Spanish. This workshop provides hands-on instruction enabling users learn how to set up an ipad; the basic gestures for operating an ipad; and the basic settings and how to adjust them for accessibility. We ll also spend some time learning about various applications and tips and trick for using the ipad. The ipad is becoming one of the most commonly used technologies in schools and the workplace A limited number of ipads will be available for use at this workshop. Workshop participants are welcome to bring their personal ipad.
