Gabriel Cerdio Gabriel Cerdio joined GE Capital Real Estate in 2006, where he has actively been involved in diverse leadership responsibilities. He currently heads the Investment Management division, which is responsible for raising and managing third party capital from institutional sources, leveraging the firm s solid track record and platform. Prior to his current role, Gabriel was Senior Director of Business Development, in charge of executing the industrial investment strategy for the company. During his term, the firm invested more than US$600MM through core portfolio acquisitions, SLB transactions and opportunistic plays, including the development of Queretaro's Aerospace Park in partnership with Vesta, positioning GE as one of the top equity players in the CRE industrial space.

15 Mr. Cerdio has also taken an active role in the asset management front, leading the residential platform between 08 and 09 and managing the relationship with two strategic partners. Before joining GE, Mr Cerdio was a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting (a strategy consultancy firm), where he led multiple engagements for blue-chip firms in the energy and logistics space. He also worked at Chase Manhattan Bank s Investment Banking Group and was Staff to the President of the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores. Mr Cerdio holds a BA in Economics and a diploma in Corporate Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and obtained an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Carlos de la Mora Carlos is an architect from who has been actively involved in promotion and development in Mexico for the past 16 years. After obtaining a graduate degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc, Los Angeles), Carlos returned to and later moved to Ensenada, where he developed a particular interest in bi-national relationships and the San Diego- Tijuana border region. After returning to Los Angeles and subsequently promoting Baja California from an office in New York City, Carlos moved to San Diego where he lived for four years. He directed business development efforts in Mexico for Nolte Associates and was a board member of the ULI San Diego/Tijuana Executive Committee as chair of their Cross-Border Committee. He also served as advisor for Fundación Metrópoli, an international investigation institution based in Madrid, Spain. In 2009, Carlos joins the Design + Planning team at AECOM, returning to Mexico City with the responsibility of leading business development efforts in Mexico. In 2010, Carlos joins ULI Mexico s Management Committee as chair of Strategic Development, and continues to work as Director for AECOM in Mexico. José Antonio Diez de Bonilla José Antonio Diez de Bonilla, is a Baker & McKenzie national partner since 2007, has 15 years of experience in the legal profession working for Baker & McKenzie in the office. His practice covers real estate and infrastructure matters, with an emphasis on the legal aspects of project finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as tourism, residential, commercial and industrial development projectsmr. Diez de Bonilla was born in in August 2, 1974; obtained his law degree in year 2000 from the Universidad Panamericana in.mr. Diez de Bonilla is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and currently acts as Chair of the Legislation Council for the Mexico division.mr. Diez de Bonilla has participated in discussion panels and forums on real estate and foreign investment matters, and has given lectures in events organized by Baker & McKenzie such as the Mexico Resort Development Conference and by other institutions such as the Urban Land Institute and other external organizations such as the real estate magazine named Immobiliare. He is also the author to numerous articles on sustainable development issues published in real estate magazine named Immobiliare.

16 Gonzalo Espejel Lozoya Director General Adjunto de Anida, empresa desarrolladora inmobiliaria originaria de España y filial del Grupo BBVA; Anida inició actividades en México en el 2004, con dos modelos de negocio, Anida Communities y Anida Residences. Anida Communities está orientada al desarrollo de comunidades integralmente planeadas; en colaboración con sus socios ejecutan una cuidadosa planeación e invierten en la infraestructura necesaria para lograr suelos listos para su desarrollo. El primer desarrollo en el que Anida ha participado es Lomas de Angelópolis, en Puebla, en el que se ha desarrollado dos etapas que suman más de 200 Ha., de suelo urbano y urbanizado y que se ha logrado ubicar como el destino de vida de referencia en la comunidad regional, actualmente está por iniciar la tercer etapa sumando 300 Ha., adicionales en las que se conjuntan usos diversos incluyendo habitacional horizontal y vertical así como comercial, oficinas y servicios, estos últimos a través de un potente Town Center o centro de ciudad. También destaca Zibatá, ubicado en la ciudad de Querétaro, su Plan Maestro incluye 1,000 Ha., de desarrollo en sus diferentes fases, la primer fase comprende 500 Ha., e incluye los primeros 9 hoyos de un campo de golf público, una sección del Town Center que acompaña a un lago así como la urbanización de suelo habitacional con diferentes tipos y densidades, la primer etapa de esta fase ha logrado prosperar exitosamente y se está iniciando ya la segunda etapa de esta fase. Adicionalmente a estas dos ubicaciones está por iniciar la promoción y el desarrollo de una singular reserva de suelo ubicada en el municipio de Zapopan en la ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco, comprendiendo más de 700 Ha., dentro de las cuales se mantiene casi la mitad como suelo de conservación para acompañar el resto de la superficie para usos urbanos siguiendo la misma temática que en Puebla y Querétaro. Anida Residences genera proyectos de vivienda media y residencial siempre en vertical tanto en zonas urbanas así como en algunas zonas turísticas buscando ofrecer segunda vivienda. Antes de pertenecer a Anida, Gonzalo fue propietario de Geópolis, empresa que atendía tanto a desarrolladores inmobiliarios para la planeación, generación y apoyo de proyectos singulares así como a empresas no inmobiliarias para el manejo estratégico de sus activos inmobiliarios. Gonzalo Espejel es arquitecto por la Universidad Anáhuac, es miembro de la Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios y ha sido orgulloso miembro del ULI participando también en algunos períodos en el Comité Ejecutivo para México de este Instituto. Carlos Gómez Chinchón Nacido en Madrid, el 27 de enero de 1967, es Arquitecto por la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid y becado en Darmstadt (Alemania) con el programa Erasmus en el año 94. Es profesor desde el año 2009 en la universidad Tecnológico de Monterrey como titular del taller internacional y durante 8 años impartió clases de apoyo par la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid. Actualmente trabaja como director de la Oficina de México para Estudio Lamela, previamente fue Director de Diseño y Director de Concursos. Previamente colaboró en distintas oficinas como H.N.G. Entre dichos premios figuran 2 aeropuertos, 6 edificios corporativos, 2 estadios, 8 complejos residenciales, etc. Ha dirigido, como parte del equipo de Estudio Lamela, el proyecto para el Contact Center Santander en Querétaro que fue premiado como el mejor edificio sustentable y tecnológico de México en el año Ha impartido conferencias en diversas universidades como Harvard, TEC de Monterrey, Anáhuac, Taxco, Universidad Marista, COLESH, etc. También ha participado como ponente en los congresos de Espacio Urbano, Nacional de Arquitectos e Ingenieros y para la Oficina Económica y Comercial de la Embajada española. Ha realizado cursos de Especialista en estructuras de hormigón armado, Restauración y rehabilitación de edificios antiguos, Incorporación de Instalaciones a los Proyectos de edificación, Soluciones constructivas al acondicionamiento acústico en los edificios, Control y ejecución de obras de estructuras, Proyecto de las estructura, ha asistido a las Jornadas Técnicas sobre conservación energética en la edificación, Control y ejecución de obras de excavaciones y cimentaciones y al Seminario de Gestión Urbanística en la concertación público-privada: los convenios urbanísticos organizado por la Fundación Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid. Liora Hayman OBM Internacional is a highly prestigious design-consulting firm, specializing in master planning and architecture design for mixed-use projects and resort destinations. 18 Salvador Herrera Planner and landscape architect with a passion for public service and the quality of urban life. Salvador has a distinguished career in the government with over 10 years of experience focusing in the development and urban planning in cities and countries, including USA, Spain and Mexico. Salvador has a degree in City Planning from the Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes. With a major in Urban and City Management by the Ecole Nationale d'administration (ENA) in Paris, France, and a Masters in Urban and Landscape Design from the Universidad Iberoamericana, León. Previous to his position as Deputy Executive Director at Center for Sustainable Transport of Mexico (CTS Mexico ) he worked in the government of Querétaro and was director of the Municipal Planning Institute of Chihuahua. The Center for Sustainable Transport of Mexico CTS Mexico ( is a mexican nongovernmental organization, nonprofit, nonpartisan and guided by a Board comprised of individuals recognized for their commitment to quality of life of Mexicans. CTS Mexico is part of a network of Centres for Sustainable Transport EMBARQ - WRI (World Resource Institute). Carlos Ibarra Carlos Ibarra has experience representing domestic and foreign investors in a wide array of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of real properties for industrial, retail, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in several states of Mexico. His practice also includes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and infrastructure projects that involve complex real estate components.carlos has been a speaker and panelist at several conferences and has published articles in Mexico and in the United States on real estate investments in Mexico. Víctor Lachica Es uno de los ejecutivos más reconocidos dentro de la comunidad de bienes raíces comerciales en México. Continuó con estudios en el Instituto Mexicano Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), donde obtuvo un Diplomado en Contabilidad y Finanzas y posteriormente obtuvo una Maestría en Administración de Empresa en el IPADE, afiliado a la Escuela de Negocios de Harvard, en la Ciudad de México. Actualmente es Presidente & CEO de Cushman & Wakefield, que en este año, cumple 18 años en México. Blanca is currently Managing Director of Real Capital Asociados RA (successor to Rockwood Asociados) and as of January, 2011 in its role of sole placement advisors represents Seguros Monterrey New York Life in Mexico to execute a commercial real estate lending program. She joined RA s team in 2004 and actively participated in the raising process and closing of a $650MM close-end institutional equity fund acting as advisor to ING Clarion Partners. The fund s investment period concluded in August of 2009 totaling USD $1 billion of investments across all property types in Mexico. Prior to joining RA, Blanca was the head of New Business and Equity for GE Real Estate Mexico where she was responsible for identifying and executing real estate financing and investment opportunities. Blanca was involved in the execution of an equity retail platform, acquisition of Real Estate Owned Portfolios of Distressed Assets, execution of a joint venture to provide residential construction financing, and execution of numerous loans for hotels, industrial, and retail properties. Prior to GE, Blanca worked with AEW Capital Management, a real estate advisory firm to institutional investors and pension funds and with Beacon Properties, a real estate investment trust, both in Boston, MA.
