Entidad Colaboradora: ICAI Universidad Pontificia Comillas RESUMEN DEL PROYECTO El lugar elegido para ejecutar la instalación es el polígono industrial El Vadillo, localizado estratégicamente justo a la entrada de Motril por la Carretera de Almería y muy próximo a la E-15 y N-340, en la provincia de Granada. Debido a su localización y a la falta de instalaciones de este tipo en Motril estaremos en disposición de absorber un porcentaje alto de la demanda generada de gasóleos tipo B y C tanto en Motril como en el resto de pueblos de los alrededores, así como en toda la vega de la costa. El gasocentro es un centro de distribución que cuenta con una flota de camiones para distribuir en la zona. En el diseño se ha tenido en cuenta la necesidad de viales y los puntos de entrada y salida para facilitar el tránsito de vehículos en el interior del gasocentro. Descripción y distribución de las instalaciones:! Zona de repostaje: Esta situada bajo una marquesina formada por una estructura metálica cubierta cuya cimentación se realizará mediante zapatas de hormigón con elementos rigidizadores entre ellas para dotar a la cimentación de una mayor estabilidad. La cubierta de la marquesina tiene una pequeña pendiente de alrededor del 2% para permitir la evacuación de aguas pluviales hacia las arquetas de recogida. Bajo la marquesina se encuentra otra estructura metálica sobre la cual están situados los tres brazos de carga. El objetivo de esta estructura es reducir el riesgo de caídas durante el repostaje de vehículos. La zona de repostaje estará dotada de todos los elementos necesarios para una eficaz protección contra incendios (extintores portátiles y sobre carro).

Zona de almacenamiento de combustibles: Esta compuesta por 5 depósitos de l de doble pared ( 2 de gasóleo B y 3 de gasóleo C) enterrados en cubetos, provistos de sistemas de detección de fugas, sistemas de medición de nivel, arquetas antiderrame, protección contra la corrosión y puesta a tierra. La carga de estos depósitos se hará por gravedad, teniendo que tener las tuberías de carga una pendiente mínima del 2%. La zona de carga estará dotada de todos los elementos necesarios para una eficaz protección contra incendios (extintores sobre carro y pinzas de puesta a tierra para los camiones cisterna), y estos elementos estarán perfectamente señalizados.! Edificio: El esqueleto del edificio esta formado por una estructura metálica apoyada sobre zapatas de hormigón con elementos rigidizadores entre ellas. El edificio cuenta con una oficina, un baño, un aseo, un almacén y un cuarto de máquinas. En la oficina se encuentra centralizado el control del gasocentro y el sistema cerrado de vigilancia y control. La disposición del edificio permite observar directamente desde la oficina tanto la entrada como la salida así como la zona de repostaje. El edificio estará dotado de todos los elementos necesarios para una eficaz protección contra incendios, y estos elementos estarán perfectamente señalizados.! Sistema de depuración y separación de efluentes: Los efluentes son tratados para poder ser vertidos sin ningún peligro de contaminación ambiental a la red alcantarillado pública. El sistema de depuración se caracteriza por la adición de reactivos que permitan la coagulación, floculación y ajuste de PH de las aguas tratadas. Colocaremos una arqueta de toma de muestras a la salida de la finca, para permitir la inspección de las aguas vertidas al alcantarillado por parte del organismo público competente. Para el cálculo estructural tanto del edificio como de la marquesina hemos supuesto las hipótesis de carga siguientes:! Sin uso.! Nieve 70 Kg/m² según zona 1, España.! Viento: Cálculo de segundo orden en 4 direcciones según zona 1, España.! Carga permanente: Peso propio.

ESTUDIO DE VIABILIDAD Como el estudio económico refleja, la demanda de gasóleo en la zona permite al proyecto una tasa interna de retorno del 47%. Demanda: La demanda en la zona es de l/año de gasóleo B y l/año de gasóleo C para Motril y la zona de influencia de nuestro gasocentro; se estima que estaremos en condiciones de absorber el 50% de esta demanda. Precios: El precio medio de venta al público tanto del gasóleo C como del B es de 1 por litro, de los cuales, y con un cálculo conservador 0,1 serán el beneficio por litro. Costes: Los costes totales sin tener en cuenta la inversión inicial ascienden a al año. La inversión inicial asciende a ,24. Adicionalmente, se ha realizado un estudio para implantar células fotovoltaicas sobre la cubierta del edificio, llegando a la conclusión de que es viable también.

Entidad Colaboradora: ICAI Universidad Pontificia Comillas The chosen place to run the facility is the industrial area of El Vadillo, located strategically at the entrance of Motril on the Carretera de Almería, and very close to the E-15 and N in the province of Granada. Due to its location and to the lack of such facilities in Motril, we will have to be able to absorb a high percentage of the demand of type B and C diesel, in Motril in other nearby villages, as well as across the seaside along the coast. The gascenter is a distribution center that has a fleet of trucks to distribute in the area. The design took into account the need for roads, and entry and exit points, to facilitate vehicular traffic within the gascenter. Description and distribution of plant: Refueling Area: It is located under a shelter, formed by a covered metal structure, which foundation will be made of concrete pads, with stiffening elements between them to provide the foundations with greater stability. The roof of the shelter has a slight slope of about 2% to allow the evacuation of rainwater into the collection boxes. Under the shelter there is another metal structure on which there are located the three petrol pumps. The aim of this structure is to reduce the risk of falls during the refueling of vehicles. The refueling area shall be equipped with all the necessary elements for effective fire protection (portable fire extinguishers and fire extinguishers over trolley). Fuel Storage Area: This consists of 5 double wall tanks of 100,000 liters (2 for diesel type B, and 3 for diesel type C) buried in buckets, equipped with leak detection systems, level measurement systems, anti-spillage boxes, corrosion protection and electric

5 Proyecto de instalación de gasocentro Page 2 grounding. The fueling of these deposits will be by gravity; therefore the pipes ought to have a minimum slope of 2%. The fueling area shall be equipped with all the necessary elements for effective fire protection (fire extinguishers on the car and grounding pliers for road tankers), and perfectly signposted. Building: The framework of the building consists of a steel structure supported on concrete pads with stiffening elements. The building has an office, a bathroom, a toilet, a store and a machine room. In the office, both the gascenter control and the closed system of surveillance and control, are centralized. The layout of the building allows us to observe directly from the office the entrance and the exit, as well as the refueling area. The building will have all the necessary elements for effective fire protection, and these will be well signposted. Effluent separation and treatment system: The effluent is treated to be discharged without any danger of pollution to the public sewer system. The treatment system is characterized by the addition of reagents to coagulation, flocculation and ph adjustment of the treated water. A box of sampling collection will be placed at the exit of the building, to allow inspection of the water, which is discharged into the sewer, by the relevant State agency. For the calculation of the structure both of the building and the shelter, we have assumed the following load hypothesis: Non use. Snow: 70 kg / m² according to zone 1, Spain. Wind: second order calculation in 4 directions according to zone 1, Spain. Permanent load: Weight. Without earthquake according to zone 1, Spain. FEASIBILITY PLAN As the economic study shows, the demand for diesel in the area allows the project to a return rate of 47%.

6 Proyecto de instalación de gasocentro Page 3 Demand: Demand is 4,000,000 liters per year of diesel type B, and liters per year of diesel type C, in Motril and in the area of influence of our gascenter; it is estimated that we will be able to absorb 50% of this demand. Rates: The average retail price of both B and C diesel is 1 per liter, of which, and assuming a conservative stand, profit will be 0.1 per liter. Costs: The expected annual operating cost for the first year is estimated at 190,000 per year. The initial investment amounts to 563, A study has been made to put photovoltaic cells on the cover of the building and concluded that it is viable too.
