3 GENERAL INFORMATION COMPLEX OPENING TIMES AND STAFF Assembly time from 8.00 am to 10 pm. Support staff at the complex will provide access to the screens, spaces and goods lift. Security staff specific to an event will be contracted separately. Kinépolis has its own maintenance staff at the complex. If maintenance workers are required for an event, the client should request a quote for this service. Kinépolis has various preferred suppliers for catering and audiovisual services, graphic design and furniture hire. Our sales representative can provide their contact details. 5 BASIC TECHNICAL INFORMATION: ASSEMBLY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS: An electrical supply design is required from competent, certified professionals who issue a certificate after installation confirming that the assembly has been performed in accordance with the design. An electrical report by the electrician who performs the installation is also required. STRUCTURES (marquees, awnings, platforms, etc.) A project design must be prepared by a competent, certified professional who assesses maximum permissible loads, anchorage, wind resistance, etc. The professional must issue a certificate when the installation has been completed confirming that assembly has been performed in accordance with the design.
