La delegación polaca adelanta un día su llegada a Albacete. Las familias de acogida recogerán a los alumnos. Los profesores serán acompañados al hotel por los organizadores. Hotel Castilla is booked under the participants names (breakfast included, free wifi and other services) Pickup from Albacete bus station by teachers. Polish delegation has to confirm time of arrival in Albacete. Monday 30 th /May Lunes 30/Mayo 14:05 19:05 Checkin at the hotel Other participants arrive in Albacete in the afternoon. Canoeing. Biking. Viaje desde el Centro a Ruidera Lagunas de Ruidera: Actividades deportivas (alumnos y profesores) Se harán tres turnos para rotar con las siguientes actividades: Ruta de senderismo. Piraguas. Bicicletas. IMPORTANTE: Se recomienda ropa y zapatillas deportivas, bañador, chanclas, toalla, crema solar, gorra y botellas de agua. The bus will leave from the school. Salida desde la puerta del Centro. We will organize three groups to do three sport activities: All these groups will do the three activities by turns. IMPORTANT: It is recommended sport clothes, trainers, swimsuit, flipflops, towel, sun cream, cap and bottles of water to all participants. 16:00 Lunch Comida: NOTA: Los alumnos llevarán bocadillos y botellas de agua. There will be 10 teams integrated by students from different countries B) Tents at Altozano square: Two tents will be installed in this central square to inform about the Erasmus+ project. The Gymkana will start and finish there. Equipment: Each group will need a smart phone with Whatsapp and an app for recognition of QR codes. Habrá 10 grupos integrados por alumnos de cada país. B) Carpas en el Altozano: En la Plaza del Altozano se instalarán dos carpas informativas del proyecto. La Gymkana se iniciará y terminará aquí. Material: Cada grupo ira equipado un teléfono móvil con Whatsapp y programa de reconocimiento de códigos QR. This activity will be developed with the help of the Ministry of Agriculture and Feeding (Campaign Mediterraneamos ) It is necessary to fill a form for authorization to take pictures of the students and to inform if they have any food allergy.
